I liked the friendly staff, Matthew Piccus in particular stood out as someone who went out of his way to ensure my mum and I have a wondefrul experience.
I feel Breakfast should be complimentary for all stays more than 350$ and above per night. Also we were charged 10$ per night per Suitcase to store our luggage after we checked out of the hotel and checked back in 3 days later. I feel if a guest is staying for so long then luggage should be stored free of charge especially when they are returning to the hotel after 3 nights.

The staff in particular - Matthew. picus was exceptionally kind, understanding and caring. He truly made our experience truly memorable, along with Baby head of housekeeping and Bridgette at reception along with Mr Vaas at the Bar
I think breakfast should be complimentary for all staya more than 300$ or more per night. It would be a brilliant differentiation factor and make guests choose mariott over all competing hotel chains

The cost for parking is too high

I’ve stayed at your hotel many times normally your breakfast is complementary but it was not it was $32. Your Parking was $16 in Oakland, but in Beverly Hills it was $70 per night. I was forced to park on the street in which I saw other hotel members walking back to your hotel. Because they parked on the street. I thought this is very unprofessional. It’s almost like the target bag prancing through Walmart does nothing for your marketing. I will not be staying at the hotel ever again. The hotel across the street includes the parking. It’s a joke staying at hotels today, it’s not worth it then you charge me an occupancy almost $50 when I rented the room to occupy it don’t bother. Emailing me.
