The staff were super friendly and remembered my name as I came and went, they had everything I needed and the room was super fancy. The pillows were nice and I was able to adjust the temperature of the room. The soaps and shampoos were all nice and there was some fresh fruit in my room when I arrived. The walk to rodeo drive was pretty and reasonable, and I had a few meals at Erehwon. The rooftop bar was cute and good vibes with good food and drinks. (A bit on the expensive side though.)
The shower leaked onto the floor a lot (very minor)

Location is very convenient to reach places in Beverly Hills. There is also a hotel complimentary ride within certain distance. Breakfast menu is satisfactory. My room was very clean and comfortable. However there was no sunshine at any time of the day and the lighting was not efficient.
The lack of light and darkness bothered me.
The restaurant is closed after the brunch on Sunday and opens again on Tuesday.
Also the menu for dinner does not satisfy all kinds of diets. Lots of seafood not vegetarian friendly.

Professional and friendly staff. Nice rooftop setup. Hotel restaurant was above average quality.
Our balcony view was a bunch of parking lots.
