Food in Italian restaurant outstanding
Felt like a prison block from outside at pool area looking up at Building. A huge concrete block , they need to paint really or put a mural on of something.
Our first Four Seasons and really disappointed with what you got for the cost.
Pool smaller than a postage stamp and not really kid friendly

It’s well located, the staff is friendly and genuinely care about other people. I still think that FS is the best hospitality school in the world. Here in LA they were sometimes a little overeager to assist during breakfast, but it comes from a good place, so I give it top marks.
It just doesn’t feel special anymore.
Too corporate. Too flavorless. It needs to be redesigned into something that makes it special. For me every FS should be about 2 things the service and the space. They got the service nailed, but not the space.

The location was excellent. I liked the complimentary hotel car.
There was no extra service, like coffee or fruit at reception as they do at Ritz Carlton. Also the parking at $70 per day is ridiculous!!

I was very pleased with the staff’s attitude and the overall quality of service. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for a short trip. I also requested a hose in the restroom, and it was provided immediately, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
