The room provided us shelter and comfort while we were I. Williams to enjoy the place, it did give its purpose. Location is centered in town if you love walking it’s a good place to start to get your steps as you venture the quaint town of Williams. Close to the Grand Canyon Train depot and restaurant

Not what I expected for a Ramada. Dated, Queen suite with a sofa- or rather a love seat. Exterior door to hallway does not lock. I would stay at a different location in Williams next time.

Good quiet hotel with warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was nice relaxing at the jacuzzi after a long day not crowded and quiet. The heating/ac is old and loud.

Property is in a serious need for upgrade. From the carpets to the crank-shift air conditioner to the musty mouldy bathrooms, the room looked out of a 70’s hotel!

The hotel was quiet (not very many guests the night we were there) and the beds where amazingly comfortable. Like many other people have stated, the hotel is need of a serious overhaul!! The place looks really dated and run down. Seems like they got new beds and linens, but the furniture, carpet and bath fixtures are rough!?!?! Hopefully Wyndham can get on this!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They did a wonderful job. Room was in order and very clean when I checked in. Those ladies work very hard.

The Hotel was easy to get to. The room was warm and clean. Staff was friendly. The best part was the inside walkway to to the restaurant so we didn't have to walk in the cold and snow.

I liked the friendliness of staff but the missing lightbulbs, creased bed mattresses, peeling wallpaper and paint, sweeping and vacuuming could be improved upon. Pillows we’re comfortable.

We went with our 4 kids and had a great time! It was clean and everyone was so nice! We got 2 suites and they even had a couch! I recommend for families on a budget!

Staff = friendly and communicative Beds/linens = clean/nice Layout of our multiple queen bed suite = spacious and comfortable Pool/spa = pool was open, spa was closed one day BIGGEST PROBLEM: could not sleep because the noise from the person in the room above was SO LOUD. The floor squeaked and cracked, sounded like a person was stomping back and forth constantly. From 8:00-12:00 at night, a person (and their dog?) strode around the room. Sounded like someone (dog? Child?) kept jumping off bed. Again at 2:00am. Again at 5:30 am. For two nights. Exhausting.

There is old motel from 70th. Without remodeling and any repair. Free coffee, breakfast is starting from 10 tax. The pool is old. Heated pool was with strange foam.

Cheap option in Williams but paid the price in a parking dog next door (pet friendly hotel, staff addressed this after a complaint), a toilet that screamed after every flush, and a shower head on a swivel that either sprayed out of the shower or against the wall, and a mattress that was heavily stained in urine. I woke up with the sheets undone to find I was lying on it. If I had to do the trip again, I would pay extra to be elsewhere.

I wouldn’t normally give a low score but this place disappointed, pictures are nicer than what this place is. It’s an older hotel outdated and room was dirty all around. The restaurant wasn’t good either. We stayed in a downstairs 2bed and all night you hear people on top walking and being loud. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is older, therefore a little dirty and grungy. Hope you like tall pillows because it was like I was sleeping with 3 stacked together! $20 extra for a rollaway that is basically like you are sleeping on springs. However, the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Our stay was great, the staff was friendly, the indoor pool was a huge selling point for us and our kids loved it! The room (queen suite) was laid out well but the couches and bed were definitely worn and couches torn up in a few spots. Overall we had a good stay but are glad to be back in our own beds!

TV remote didn't work, took it to the front desk, they didn't have any batteries so the room eas without a remote. 1 Bath towel had black stains on it.

I was comfortable with my stay at the property and it done the job I expected. The day staff didn’t seem happy and barely looked at me when checking out, which was a little disappointing, would stay there again though.

Very close to town. Amenities were good, hotel clean. The grandkids loved the pool. There is a Pizza Hut and McDonald’s very close by for a quick bite.

The room was really gross with stains on the floor and on the beds and sheets. When we asked for new sheets they made us walk all the way to the front office to grab it. The air conditioning didn’t work and the window was broken so we had no air circulation. There was no cold water so we couldn’t shower. The door to enter the building in the back was broken so anyone was able to get in.
