Check in excellent with help with holiday inn reward Dinner excellent at fog and Suds Big disappointment that our wake up call for 5:15 was ignored. Luckily had a backup so made the shuttle. was told housekeeping for got to unlock phone.

The pictures on Hotels.com don't look/didn't feel anything like what I experienced! I show up, and the property is in the back of a strip mall with what looks like a nightclub out front?!? The property is incredibly outdated and needs upgrades from top to bottom, including the staff!

The staff were super efficient and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle came and went on time, and the driver was helpful. The restaurant was provided excellent food and good value.

Great staff. Restaurant serves a delicious salmon burger. The coffee machines in 2 of 3 rooms booked were broken. Nice maintenance guy replaced one of them. Thanks for paying for our early morning taxi to the airport! Overall, very clean, good beds, excellent hotel

The shuttle to yvr can be more frequent. We waited for about 30 minutes on that night.

Great location with complementary shuttle from and to the airport. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. It would be perfect if the wifi can be a bit more stable.

Their shuttle between airport and hotel is working! Ongoing dispute with drivers at a few others means no shuttle.

The lady who helped me at the front desk (Alex) was extremely helpful and professional and cute even *bonus* She works extremely hard and was always readily available to help me with whatever confusing situation i had due to my travel ridden state. I don’t know what they’re paying her, but it isn’t enough. She does the job of three different people with a smile on her face. Shout out to Alex! :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property itself looks fine, but could use some updates, for sure - most of it is aesthetic updates, but the heater is quite old and noisy.) The room we stayed in looked right out to the Volvo dealership, and the light was bothersome the whole night. The window shade did not block out the light enough, and there were no curtains. We wanted to use one of the two electric charging stations which was advertised and there was a 4 hour limit, but there were 2 cars that were parked there all evening and overnight so we were not able to use it. There's a $10 parking fee which is reasonable for the area.

Staff was wonderful! We arrived early off of a cruise ship and didn't think we'd be able to get a room, but Kevin L. at the front desk was very helpful. Kevin offered to get the room as soon as it was serviced, advised us about things to do, how to get there and directed us to breakfast while we waited. Then he came into the restaurant and brough us our room keys. Very friendly! Upon check out the hotel van wasn't available and as we came down for our early start to the airport the front desk person (didn't catch name) had already arranged for taxis to take us to the airport at the Holiday Inn's expense. Wonderful, responsive, and best customer service I've seen in ages. Great stay

We booked an airport shuttle with the hotel front desk, however, they misplaced our booking, cancelled our scheduled shuttle service, and caused over half an hour delay for our trip to the airport. It was a terrible customer service experience.

Well our flight Air Canada was delayed so we arrived 1:30am - 2:00am in the morning. At 6:30 am in the morning toilet was not working had to go down to front desk. They made us use another room toilet. Just a bad stay.......
