Overnight stay can’t complain price wasn’t horrible as per peak months, decent sized tv in room and decently comfy bed, no coffee in the room which was a little odd. Didn’t use any other amenities at hotel. Will say it was decently quiet other then road noise which was nice.

I expected the noise of the highway when I was so close to it. I was disappointed by the lack of good light in the bedroom....It was very dark around the love seat. the lighting in that area was very poor. We are seniors. the staff were very friendly..

One night stopover.Prestige is not the best name for this hotel.Very basic all round,room we had was very noisy from passing traffic & has loudest a/c unit I have ever had.Went for swim in small indoor pool & changing area didn’t feel like it had been cleaned for weeks.Would not recommend.

The staff was great, and the room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Nothing was specifically bad about the stay. There were just a lot of little things that weren't great. None of them on their own would even be a concern, but all together they added up. I certainly wouldn't talk someone out of staying here, but with the number of hotels surrounding this place, I would probably try somewhere else next time.

We stayed over Easter weekend with our 1.5 year old, our first big holiday, the hotel itself is very nice and clean, the staff are wonderful and accommodating, however, it is very loud beside the highway, our bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, the sheets clearly didn't fit the bed and billowed, the bed made sooo much noise if you so much as wiggled your toe, the shower drain plug broke and couldn't fill the tub (my husband fixed) and there was a random hole in the wall under the sink, other than that we were provided lots of towels, the tub was nice and deep, the room was very nice and cozy, tons of out front parking, walkable to a few locations but not many, the pool was quiet and enjoyable, my husband loved the hot tub and pool side towels we're provided so that also was very nice!

There needs to be someone responsible for picking up dog poop in the designated green spaces. There was so much poop they were not usable Room was great, staff was wonderful..highway was super loud

The property was clean, staff friendly. We liked the pool and gym, although accessing the water slide was different than we have previously experienced and required a visit to the front desk to ask for an attendant. This hotel is close to the highway and there was a lot of road noise. Our window to our room didn't open which made the room stuffy at times. The lack of a continental breakfast at this location will keep us from returning.

The pool and hot tub were clear, clean and lovely temperature. Bed was TOO SOFT for our liking and the clock-radio went off twice in the night. Totally my fault, I touched the snooze button instead of the OFF button.

Very nice and recently renovated. Room was not very clean (found a french fry by the bed and drawers were full of crumbs). Water slide wasn’t open and there was no free coffee which was advertised. Otherwise good value and a good sleep!!

RelAxing comfortable stay in a beautiful clean, fresh room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was lovely and room amenities were excellent. Service was great - safety was quietly looked after. Great stay - will be back!

Have stayed more than once and each time dissatified. Noisy, bed lumpy, bathroom door not stay on hinges, bathroom fan intermittently continues throughout the night and no wi fi. Spoke to receptionist to no avail and then to the manager. Offered 15 % off on next stay, if I notify them in advance by email. The amount doesn't even cover the cost of taxes, what a slap in the face!
