Hot water was little to non existent. Staff tried to help but it didn't. We were offered another room, but at that moment the water was fine. An hour later, after dinner, it wasn't. It was the same in the morning, some hot water, but showers were taken in just luke warm water. We were refunded the resort fee and were comped breakfast.

Lovely hotel! Super comfortable beds. River view from our room. A fireplace with a provided Presto Log. Delicious food at the restaurant. We loved it!

We just stayed the weekend here, traveling from CA for a funeral. I got this hotel for the river but there were some issues. 1, our toilet clogged and started leaking in the back. Not a huge deal and they did come out pretty quickly to fix it, however, when we needed to call to have the toilet fixed, we did notice that our phone wasn’t working so we had to use our cell phones to make the call. Again, not a huge deal just an inconvenience. Then later on the second night we were watching TV after, the long day at the funeral services and the TV just completely shut off along with the coffee maker and everything else that seem to be connected on that side of the room. It didn’t go on for the rest of the night and in the morning was working again. When I brought this up to the hotel stuff upon checkout, I was lightweight expecting some kind of discount on the room for the several inconveniences but instead they just said that they were very sorry to hear that and I’m not gonna sit there and beg so that was that. I swear I’m not fussy but for a hotel charging a resort fee these types of inconveniences however minor should not be happening, other than that, the location is fine there is a restaurant on the property along with a burger place right next to it and a diner across the street along with some shopping. Overall, the best part is that the last blockbuster in the world is pretty close.

I didnt get the room i paid for. I paid for a king with a River view. I got 2 queens one the 1st floor facing a hill. Very over priced for a motel. Motel because I could get out of my car and walk right into my room. Very disappointed

Your website said free breakfast which is why we picked your hotel. When we arrived for breakfast we were told they are not free. We won’t be staying here again.

A nice spacious room, with comfortable bed. I wish i had gotten a room with a view. The front of house staff was very welcoming upon check-in. Good that i stayed on 2nd floor. The room doors closes without a momentum to slow it down, there for children or inconsiderate guess slams the door a lot.

Quick get away. Room was clean and general good order. No body soap (didn’t get refilled). Fireplace had broken flu leaving the room smoky. On checkout day they tried barging in at 8:30 yelling. Checkout is at 11why bother us at 8:30. Rude.

Very great experience. Had the Bunk Bed room because there was 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids LOVED the bunk beds and we did not feel crowded at all. Also loved the bathroom with the extra sink outside of the bathroom. Made it easy for all 5 of us to get ready in the morning.

It was nice, but they were under serious construction. Noise & very dirty. Also, I’m not sure what was going on but our hotel hallway & room filled with campfire smoke! It smelled terrible for hours! & no breakfast! 🤔

Staff is rude and disrespectful. Especially Teyler on the night shift. I missed my flight because they couldn’t complete a simple wake-up call. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

Lots of construction and improvements going on- otherwise it’s a perfect place. Love the bridge over the river and all the staff were great. Glad we chose to eat at their restaurant , Currents- was delicious!

The amenities were very good and the rooms face the river with a balcony. The part we did not like was the king bed was too soft and maybe even worn out which kept us from getting a good nights sleep. Not sure if all the rooms have this same mattress problem but we will not stay their again not knowing if the bed was upgraded or not.

It was Christmas Eve & should have been festive but the atmosphere was completely absent. The desk agent had zero personality along w/ the bartenders. The lights were on bright in the bar at 9 pm no ambiance music when Xmas music would have been appreciated. Other than the gingerbread table area the bar was so vacant of any Xmas decor. It’s a tradition of ours to go to hotels during the holiday to see their beautiful holiday decor and yours was such a let down, especially when we chose yours to spend the night on Christmas Eve.

Area that we stayed was under construction. Close to the main road with lots of noise. No microwave in the room, community microwave’s didn’t work. Restaurant food was good but overpriced and understaffed. Stayed at the River House several times before but never in this wing that felt like an afterthought. Won’t stay again.

The hotel was under renovation, so there was no place to walk our dogs. And the hot tub was also under renovation. Which taking our dogs to a dog friendly place and relaxing were the two reasons for our trip.. there should be notifications about these types of things. We would have postponed our trip.

We live right down the street and come here for a staycation with our kids every now and then, because they have such fun events. It’s a beautiful property, clean rooms with a fireplace and the relaxing sound of the river that you can see right off the rooms balcony. This December we did breakfast with the Grinch in their huge, gorgeous restaurant and our children loved it. My only bit of feedback would be they need a bathroom closer to the indoor pool, especially for guests whose hotel is across the river in the dead of winter. Makes me wonder where all the pee is going when a guest doesn’t want to make the trek back like we had to?

We absolutely loved our stay. What a beautiful venue. Our room was so nice, the river front view was spectacular. Our dinner was so enjoyable and delicious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be back and stay much longer!!

For the expense, I believe all rooms should have a microwave and a table suitable for a puzzle or game to be played. My room had neither. Staff was cordial, view was great, beds comfortable.
