Front desk attendant at check in was not very friendly. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned, floors needed to be vacuumed, hairs all over (that didn’t belong to us), tile floor at entrance of room needed a mop, shower toiletries needed filled, linens weren’t super clean, desk had crumbs on it, no fan in the bathroom which is terrible for many reasons. Pool towels barely wrapped around my 3 year old. Won’t be staying at this Hampton again or probably any others.

I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews, but I was very happy with my stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the pool was open and our room was ready on time. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to especially recognize Mina, the hostess of the breakfast area during our stay. She was always willing to help someone, kept the area clean and well stocked, and always showed a pleasing attitude. Great job.

Sent us to another hotel as there was no room available at the Hampton. The Hilton garden was dirty, trash in the halls, phone in room did not work, internet in room did not work. We paid for a suite and got a dirty hotel room in a different hotel. I should get my money back!

Anchorage, Alaska!!! There was a broken fake fingernail under our sink all week! I finally removed it myself with a tissue! We had to change rooms when we came in late from our plan. It looked like poop on the comforter. The other room wasn’t clean either, but after being up for 38 hours, we were too tired to care! We stayed the whole week, but we’re going on day trips and not there. Didn’t really matter! The breakfast was good though. Second floor hallway was never vacuumed the whole time we were there! Same things on the carpet all week! The second floor for the most part was crude! From now on, we will go downtown or to a Marriott!

We had nothing bad to say about our stay. Check-in was easy and they allowed us to check-on early so we didn't have to wait around for five hours. It was perfect having walkable restaurant options. Breakfast was well-cooked and offered hot and cold options.

Excellent stay. Clean and quiet room. Staff attendant and professional. Breakfast hours extended to 10am for us late risers. Convenient, timely, and free airport shuttle. Applebees next door, but other food options need delivery or transportation. Chocolates on the pillow. Building and rooms a little worn down but everything worked well. A little pricey but consistent with other equivalent chains in the area.

The first room they gave us (room 319) was dirty and the furniture was falling apart. The carpet was not cleaned, the microwave was dirty and the ac was damaged. Also there were no curtains and only blinds.After requesting another one they gave us room 219. The ac was loud and also looked damaged. As least The furniture was not falling apart. The carpet was better than the first room but I don’t think they vacuum often since the hallway was dirty too. The tiles on the spa were filthy. One good note the breakfast was fine and the staff were helpful especially Ryan at the front desk

the shuttle service, the reason why we stayed here was terrible. were left at airport for 45 minutes, and lied to about shuttle coming. had to take a cab. were suppose to stay at hampton inn, they had issues so sent us to their sister property hilton garden inn. terrible, dirty tub full of rust sheets barely fit bed and they charged 400 per night a total ripoff horrible room horrible service stay away

Rooms were flooded and did not stay there. However, was transferred to a more expensive hotel that didn't have the correct room requirements. Breakfast was offered for an additional charge. That error was corrected after speaking to management. I believe that I shouldn't have had to pay the additional hotel charge since I agreed to Hampton Inn rate. Not a good experience.

When looking for a hotel to stay in before our flight the next day, I was disappointed to see the lower rating on this hotel. Over the years, I've stayed at numerous Hampton Inns across the country and every one has been clean, comfortable and given me a good night's sleep. This one is no different. Not sure why the lower ratings but it's undeserved. I would have no problem staying here for work or with my family. Thank you!
