I had a short but pleasant and comfortable stay. The 4 a.m. airport shuttle was greatly appreciated. There was a rather large stain on the carpeting that looked like a guest spilled nail polish.

Missed connection flight home after a week vacation. Last minute hotel booking for am flight. Went online an was booked in 5min, half mile from airport, quick checkin process. Free shuttle an great breakfast ready at 6am.

There is no bottled water in the rooms ?? The hot water was Luke warm
But my biggest problem the parking gate arm came down on my car .
It was shortly after 6 am I was leaving to catch a flight and the something hit my car .

The hotel’s location was good and the staff were nice but sadly the room I stayed in had bedbugs. I have 30 bites. For your own safety don’t stay in room 257. They may be in other rooms but they are for sure in 257. I gave a good rating for staff because they were accommodating but I could not let the bug situation slide for the safety of others.

We missed our Flight to Hawaii (very disappointed), so booked room & Front desk clerk was kind enough to let us in to room early, as I as a cripple and we left for airport at 6:30 am.

Average front-desk assistance. Couldn't find my reservation, even after I showed them the Conf #. Claimed my credit card was denied, then 30 minutes later, the credit card suddenly went through. Took too long to check in (almost 1 hour)

Decent room overall for the price. Looked clean. Good A/C, and very comfortable bed, nice, warm, heavy water flow, shower, not too noisy outside

It was located very close to where I was working, nice but Oakland isn’t a nice area. Stay here for a business trip, find somewhere better for personal. Not much is close, but the room was nice, parking lot was secure and free, staff was friendly and helpful.

The gentleman who checked us in on 9/3 (at 9:58) was extremely helpful with our questions, our luggage, our car and parking - simply everything. He was great!

Not going to lie, I was unsure of how it would be because of the area not generally being the best. WOW we were totally surprised! Great staff very friendly and helpful, was able to get to and from my event with zero problems. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Rude front desk agency, pull out bed, no comfort

Tyrone at the front desk was super nice. I was a little disappointed with the lack of assistance with locking my car up in their “locked car space”. They gave me a code for the padlock, it didn’t work and nobody offered assistance.

My flight was cancelled from Oakland airport and we needed last minute accommodations for the night. This hotel was close to the airport , check in was friendly and easy. Hotel was very clean and rooms were large. Complimentary breakfast the next day was great! Much better than I expected. Hotel uses dove products and everything was quiet, clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Would not recommend. Parking and shuttle fees are not communicated upfront and the shuttle service is not reliable. Additionally the night staff was extremely rude and not helpful when the shuttle didn’t show up for airport transportation.
