We informed front desk that shower was draing slow.After 3 attempts by maintenance to unclog we where moved to another room and that shower had dirt in shower because of worker trying to unclog.Then we had to move to another room.50.00 off night was offered after we mentioned inconvenience.Otherwise a nice stay.

The restaurant has amazing food. I recommend the Cajun Shrimp Skewers, delicious! I thought I was at Ruth Chris!

We had issues with our original reservation at a different hotel in the area. This property worked with Expedia to get
us a room here immediately that day.
Even though this hotel did not offer a free breakfast, Diamonds Sports Bar was very conveinent (sp?)and had excellent food and great atmosphere.

The property was nice and the staff was very kind. The only issue was the sliding shower door in my room did not stay closed during my shower. It needs repair. Otherwise, I was extremely satisfied.

Holiday Inn sure has taken a nose dive. $3 to use the coffee machine in the lobby? No water in the room, had to purchase overpriced bottles. The staff was nice but that’s about it. I’d never stay here again.

We were told restaurant closed at eight so the check in was quick so we could grab a bite. The server said they were closed he has already put stuff away.

It was nice accommodations the bikers made it very uncomfortable with noise and weed smoking in the gront of the larking lot right where our room was located.

The hotel property was amazing. Very beautiful. However, Oakland overall is very rundown and filled with lots of homeless areas, broken down vehicles that homeless live in and trash lines the streets. It’s not recommended to walk anywhere. We used Uber for our stay and every driver was very nice and provided a lot of information.

Very close to the airport. Has shuttle service. The food offered on site for breakfast and dinner is very good. The rooms were large and clean. I enjoyed my stay there, and, I would consider returning if I return to Oakland.

The ADA room was plenty big enough. It had 2 king beds along with a big sitting area. The bathroom had a pull down shower seat.

Stayed for a couple of nights for a nearby concert. Loved how HUGE the room was, the well-supplied and clean bathroom, and especially how easy it was to get around in my wheelchair. Will definitely consider this property again for future trips.

This Holiday Inn is a safe, suitable option for an overnight stay very near the Oakland airport. The 24-hour shuttle service was convenient, but be aware that there is a $10 fee associated with its use. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable king-sized bed. We enjoyed happy hour with drinks and snacks at the bustling bar area in the hotel. Staff and servers at the hotel and bar were very nice. All in all, a great option if you have an early morning flight to catch.

I was charged for an additional room, $202.01, so that needs to be fixed. I needed two rooms and was charged for three. Also, the shower was pathetic. I'm o.k. with being eco-friendly, but the water barely came out of the shower head. I left the shower with soap on me.
