The wonderful woman at the desk found out that my 2 sons and families and my husband an I were there for a funeral for my mother. She worked to adjust our rate for the bereavement rate. That was so nice of her and much appreciated.

The breakfast was great. The whole area was clean and well taken care of. The room was great as expected.

The front desk Attendant was great, great customer service, she went above and beyond. Very personable I wish I remembered her name(she was in an electric scooter). Good location and very quiet area. The rooms was very nice and roomy. The shower needs some work, black spots on the shower floor, look like from just wear and tear. The shower door itself was clean but the shower door track was just simply nasty, look like a build up of dirty, soap scum, and hair. The shower track is part of the shower needs cleaning. I am a smoker and smoking is allowed in front of the entrance of the hotel but the site of cigarettes butt covered the ground. The area needs attention to on a routine bases, at least once a shift. Unfortunately seeing cigarettes butts everywhere downgrades the hotel somewhat. The complimentary breakfast was simply outstanding. The variety was awesome and breakfast gravy was delicious everyone don't make gravy that good. I enjoyed the setup, food and the juices. I definitely would stay here again.
