The beds and pillows are so comfy. The room is clean, quiet and the staff are always excellent!

Even though situated next to the freeway, the room was very quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was a good swim temperature. The hot tub was not operational but there was a functioning dry sauna available.

It is a nice property but it is in the middle of nowhere. There are no convenient places to shop or eat. However, for business, this is a great place and highways are rwadily accessible.

Property was clean and easy access from highway and having a restaurant next to hotel is bonus...did not like that we werent guaranteed a adjoining rooms because we had disabled adults with our trip, but made concessions for us at the end. Not sure why hotels need to have toilets 10 inches of floor, wasnt helpful for people who have disabilities. Also parking was fine but need charging area for electric and hybrid vehicles. Overall was fairly quiet even tho we were very close to highway and stay was comfortable and convenient

We received only a 10% off coupon for food, while the Hotels.com site stated breakfast was included with our reservation. Very misleading as this was part of the reason we were willing to pay the cost per night (compensating breakfast). Room was definitely not well cleaned as upon entering we found an arm brace and eye mask on the ground at the end of 1 bed. The hot tub was also closed down and unable to be utilized during our stay.

This always where we stay when in Vancouver (4th). We love location and have access to 2 bridges. Parking is so convenient can access entrance from back or front. We love the maid service, front desk, and laundry facilities. Very well organized

It's in an odd location but otherwise this Holiday Inn is excellent. Clean and quiet, it offers an excellent restaurant and pub on the same premises.

We have familyvtrips to catch a hockey game. After a 6 hour drive it is always nice to arrive here. Staff is great and the hotel is a comfortable and clean one. Its easy to get to and a great location to adventure from. We have stayed other places but thos is now our official Vancouver go to! Thanks to the staff and we will see everyone again soon!

A pleasant stay in a good Holiday Inn. Hotels.com found us a good deal, but the room was right next to the elevators. I’m not a big fan on that. I was also disappointed that the hot tub was not in use.

Location is not bad, on the highway close to bridge to Van and west north to Whistler! Building is nice, clean and quite! The pool are ok with defected closed Hot tub! The room are small, a small narrow kitchen and u have to ask them to provide you with kitchenette!

The only complaint I have is that the hot tub was not working and it wasn’t working last year either. This is one amenity that we really enjoy and we were not notified when booking that it was unavailable.

Fantastic stay! Great restaurant on site, beautiful surrounding area. Comfy beds! The only issue we had was the hot tub being down for maintenance. Look forward to returning.

The place was great, Staff was awesome. There is only 2 things that we were annoyed about, one was hot tub was broken, the other was the restaurant in hotel. We went down for breakfast, we waited 20 minutes to get our drink orders and almost an hour for our food, and it was eggs and french toast, service was not great at all.

The hotel was beautiful, especially the front area and entrance. We had a room with mountain views, and a large patio to enjoy the views. There were lots of windows to let in natural light. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. The TV remotes were a little janky, but we didn’t use the TV much anyways. Loved the spray sanitizers available throughout the hotel. I wish the vending machines took payment via card. The one on our floor was cash only. It was great to have two dining options on site. Great overall stay!
