A fantastic stay overall at Gora Kadan. Our room was impeccable with a lovely balcony that featured a small Japanese garden. The room assistant was attentive and helpful. The kaiseki meals were presented in lovely dishes with sophisticated design, were tasty and quite elaborate, each meal was truly a feast for the eyes and taste buds. Each meal was a true feast for the senses and the taste buds. The onsen was just the perfect size. We are already planning our next trip to Gora Kadan with more family members. There is so much to do in Gora and beyond, especially around lake Ashinoko.

Exceptional staff at Gora Kadan. In room kaiseki and breakfast were very special treats as well. Onsen was wonderful, clean, and had great amenities. Beautiful property.
