Great location to train station. Decent sized rooms in need a bit of updating but definite old world charm. Beds nice and water pressure excellent. Lovely courtyard and friendly helpful staff. Would stay again

First time in Venice and enjoyed our stay. The staff was welcoming and extremely helpful in assisting us with directions and recommendations. The rooms are SMALL especially with luggage. Breakfast was a plus to start the day.

The property was very clean and taken care of. The building is a historic older building in Venice and very clean. Great A/C too especially because we were in a heat wave. We had stayed at another hotel in Venice and in Croatia during our trip which were great too. The only thing we noticed was that the staff during breakfast was not warm and welcoming at all. Maybe a language barrier, not sure. But the food was great and the dining area was very clean and the staff was continually cleaning up and restocking items.

Nice hotel in quiet area. Easily walkable to all parts of Venice. Comfortable room but small bathroom.
