It was quiet, beautiful and very relaxing, but if you go mid-week, expect several local stores to be closed until later in the week.

Little amenities, garden could have been better manicured and the outdoor patio had little privacy. The room itself was excellent! Loved the jacuzzi tub in the room and bathroom being separate.

I have stayed at the Inn many times in the past.
The town is a beautiful peaceful place. I love the environment. That said: check in was friendly but weird. My CC# was written out on a white board . Except for the cook in the breakfast room we never saw another staff person, including to check out.
The breakfast was underwhelming. It was nothing like past visits. The rooms are a bit tired. It seems as if the owners are working to bring energy to the facility w/ weekend music and wine.

Our stay at the Inn at Occidental was nothing short of wonderful. The Inn is an idyllic retreat in a charming little village in Sonoma County. The staff are most friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
