ארוחת הבוקר ביום הראשון היתה מצוינת. המיקום של המלון נוח מאוד. החדר מרווח ונקי.
ביום השני לשהייתנו שם, לא חדשו את המזון בשולחן הבופה של ארוחת הבוקר ולא הביאו עוד קפה.
וגם, בלילה שהגענו, היתה רק מגבת אחת בחדר. ניכר היה שלא בדקו שהכל מוכן בחדר להגעתנו.
זרם המים החמים לא משהו וגם הטמפ׳ של המים לא היתה גבוהה מספיק.

overall location, scenery and comfort of the rooms. love the courtyard and the live music
Our room’s TV didn’t work so the in keeper at the time ( Lisa or Laura i believe) upgraded our room. she was so nice and helpful.

The setting was lovely, and the courtyard beautiful, good place to have our little dog with us.
Communication here left a lot to be desired, and not welcoming. Upon arrival, there was no signage to indicate where the lobby was, or where to check in and get keys.
Breakfast was so so, coffee was cold and selections were weird, i.e. the yogurt was pre-portioned in small bowls and there were eggs and bacon but you didn't know that until your plate was full and then the server asked if you wanted eggs and bacon.
Plus, we arrived on a Monday night, and all of the restaurants in the small town were closed, which meant we had to drive 20 minutes to find a place to eat.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Chef was pleasant and helpful. Garden was also very beautiful.
However, we expected more for the value.
The ambience of the room.
Did not receive a very warm welcome.
