The Hermosa Inn is a first class establishment. We were treated like royalty our entire stay. The dining experience at Lon’s was the best we have ever had! The Inn in smaller with wonderful casitas and lovely fireplaces. The grounds are beautiful with access the everything! The pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hours a day! Our stay was wonderful!

Spacious room with modern bath and shower and patio and within easy walk to everything including car. The food and wait service are exceptional and grounds are breathtaking because of flowered landscaping. Attractive but small pool. Only shortcoming for me was underequipped fitness center and absence of restrooms proximate to pool or fitness. Close to other desirable dining, in quiet area, and on road with little traffic. 20 minutes from PHX.

The staff were amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the waitress were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would have booked the whole week at this Inn if I would have known. This place is a must if your in the area.

Loved this resort - the buildings are charming, grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the pool is super relaxing with great service offered and little touches like frozen grapes brought around. This resort has perfected hospitality! Really enjoyed the morning muffins and apples offered in the lobby and the afternoon treat. The garden view casita was super charming with high end finishes, a wonderful bathroom, and comfy bed. Can’t wait to return!

By far the BEST experience! Arriving the valet guy (even tho I wasn't using it) offered help, as I entered the amazingly cozy, authentic looking lobby with my dog the desk person brought bottled waters for us pouring water in a bowl and offeringtwo doggy bones for her also. Check in was smooth! Everything explained (location of things etc) AND although a few hours early for check in I was given access to my room and given one right next to the doggy area to make access easy for us. This area being a grassy area w/bags provided, and wild bunnies, nice! The rooms have nice front private patios with table/chairs. There are plants, flower bushes and beautiful trees all around the property. A true paradise feeling!! Then we entered the room, WOW! This casita was beautiful! There was soft music playing, large swivel flat screen tv, fireplace, wood shutters on the wall of Windows that darkened the room nicely for sleep, dresser w/cabinet hiding a sm fridge, kureg coffee machine/coffee etc furnished, real coffee mugs/glasses. Under the front Windows are two comfy chairs w/small table. The 4 poster king bed was super comfortable! The bathroom has a super lg shower w/bench seat,a rainfall showerhead as well as regular. Full size shampoo etc, robes in closet, iron board/ safe. Toilet in its own room. The grounds have wood bridges, a pool, full restaurant, bus room/more. I can't say enough! I will definitly be back!! I'll recommend this to everyone. Treat yourself to a dream, refreshing!

This property was so quiet and peaceful- we never even saw another guest for 3 nights! We stayed in a deluxe casita and it’s well worth the additional money. We loved the large leather chairs in front of the fireplace - we could have sat there all night. We ate at Lons one night and it was fabulous. Beautiful patio with lots of heaters and the service was outstanding. Everyone from the waiter to the manager was so professional and friendly. The food was top quality and delicious. We also ordered room service serval times and the delivery was quick with the food still hot. The eggs Benedict was yummy! The hotel is located in a quiet residential section of Scottsdale but it’s so close to everything. If you’re looking for a nice peaceful place to spend a few days this is it. We will definitely be back!

I love the grounds and the style of the buildings spread around the property. If you're planning on an early eveing, ask to not be near the jacuzzi, since there are no hours.

A quiet oasis in a mainly residential area that gives easy access to main facilities eg shopping, restaurants etc. Free use of bikes provided by the hotel was a real bonus. Cycling route to Scottsdale along the canal is very enjoyable. It was also possible to go on on an enjoyable hike from the hotel to nearby mountains. Can’t believe how close the airport is to the hotel given the quiet location

Wonderful getaway, charming bungalows and beautiful grounds all located in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend it for anyone, but particularly couples. Minor issues: We had to ask twice for a light bulb to be replaced and, upon arrival, for the patio to be cleaned of a cigar butt in the ashtray and what appeared to be dog poop in a plastic bag.

My wife and I chose the Hermosa Inn as our home base while we spent the last week of spring training in the Phoenix area. The simple elegance and quaintness of the inn exceeded our expectations. The grounds are well maintained and the on site restaurant is superb. We look forward to visiting the Hermosa Inn again.
