Great location in Old Town! Room for 6 people and the room was beautiful with a Juliet balcony overlooking the patio. Close to evening activities and close to walk by the water in the morning.

Lovely, spacious rooms, great amenities, centrally located with excellent restaurants in walking distance. We were upgraded, but to a suite suited for those with pets, so while the overall room was excellent, the sofa was a bit tired. Bed was comfy with great pillow selection. Huge bathroom with top drawer toiletries. Excellent housekeeping.

Everything was perfect from frontdesk, concierge and vallet service and friendliness’s to our room and amenities. The included breakfast was also delicious and very generous. The location of the hotel is very central in beautiful old Montreal. They also upgraded our room to a suite. We are very grateful.

Fabulous location in the old part of town, right next door to Notre Dame. Lots of restaurants, shops, sites nearby. 2 blocks from subway. Hotel was very clean, modern and pleasant. Staff very welcoming! I would love to come back and stay a bit longer

Friendly service from the moment you step out of the cab. The hotel was a warm and cozy oasis in December. Every time we came back from a day exploring, we were welcomed like we were coming home. The staff was amazing. The room was huge, beautiful and immaculate. After a day of walking in the snow, soaked in the huge tub every night. The location is convenient to everything in Old Montreal, including the port, museums, shops, galleries and Palais de Congres. Great restaurants all around and lots to see. It was a romantic, magical and perfect vacation. Picked hotel based on a friend's recommendation and will return the favor and recommend highly to everyone!

Amazing hotel experience. Beautiful time with some of the old Montreal stone making up sections of the walls. Beautiful bathroom with robes, nice kitchenette and very comfortable beds. Spacious room, with window on the cobblestone streets. Would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The lobby has been modernized but to be honest, I liked the way it looked before. Rooms are becoming worn out and are need of upgrades. The room was clean but For an allergy suffer, I struggled to stay in the room for any periods of time. They assured me that was not a room that had pets but it felt like a dog was with us. If no pets then the rugs were the problem. Staff was fantastic but they could not accommodate a Chevy Tahoe. Had to park 3 blocks away with no in out service.

Awesome location right behind the Notre Dame. Staff was super friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. They could have better/brighter lighting in the bedroom. The bathroom lights had a dimmer switch which is nice.

For a luxury hotel it was just ok. No bottle water in the room. The restaurant wasn’t open at lunch or dinner on Sunday- Tues. never got our free drinks that was suppose to be free at the bar which was open only one day of our stay. No separate shower in our room. Our room was suppose to be ready and wasn’t and had to call them to find out it was ready after they told me they would text me when it would be.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. The room was huge and well-appointed, plenty of space for our family of four. Wonderful location right in the heart of Old Montreal. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The staff was so friendly and accomdating. We were very early for check in, they took our car valet without a problem, held our bags in the office and gave us recommendations of the best sight seeing and food spots nearby. We had a VIP suite, it was huge, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again and recommend without hesitation.

Hotel and staff were amazing especially Odette the concierge and the Gentleman at the front door. Odette went out of her way to make two dinner reservations that were amazing. Her personality is perfect for yhe hotel and should be proud that she represents this property. The location was great and Hotel was itself was wonderful.
