The room smelled and the things were rusting. Pillows were so hard and deflated and uncomfortable bed. The shower water was cold and hard to shower. Freezing water.

Hotel did not have key cards available to guests, so the front desk person had to walk each guest to their room and let them
in with the master key. There was no warning about this when we first booked and they told us it was going on for about a month and a half now. Kitchen counter had stains that would not come off and there was also broken glass in part of the parking lot. Saw they offered breakfast but it doesn’t show on the booking until you get to another section that it’s a grab-n-go type, so just cold food available like granola bars, fig newtons and pre-packaged muffins with coffee.

We booked for two night for Thursday and Friday. Because of the heavy traffic plus rain, we arrive there at 2:30 am. I know we are late to check in but we already book and we are telling the guy from lobby we are late because of the traffic but the guy from the lobby said he can’t let us check in because of we are late! How ever we explain or call the Hotel.com customer service, they didn’t let us check in and telling again and again to come back when the sun rise… whoosh!
We has our baby in the car and that is not to be ok with a baby waiting in the car till morning. We travel alot and never happen like this before. The worse customer service ever!!!!!!

For the price good stay. Pretty clean good sized room with fridge and microwave. Tv is about a 42in but suitable. Clean but scratches marks and burns on many things. No ice machine you have to freeze your own ice pretty inconvenient ended up going to gas station for ice. Next to Starbucks and fast food options. Hallway smelled like curry the whole stay but room was fine. Bfast is muffins coffee and oatmeal. Basic but suitable. No coffee machine in room or utensils or anything else I guess you check them out at front desk.

The place was horrible. It was very dirty, the smell was terrible, the counters had cigerette burns on them, stains in the carpet, the bed was very unconfortable.

Me and my niece went to Aftershock. This hotel we stayed at was available the last minute and very affordable. Although it was a ways I loved it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love that it had a full fridge and kitchen so we can save money on going to eat. Will be booking next year in Sacramento. Extended stay will be my #1 choice.

The beds are hard, the sheets are old, the furniture is old and beat up, and the rooms have a bad smell.

Extended Stay Vacaville was great for our family of 3 for a couple weeks, while we were waiting for our home to finish renovations.
Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The kitchen was an added bonus as well.

To any and all: The hotel cost 💲 was reasonable… however, for a extended stay property… the room was equipped with no supplies, and when items were requested… there were no one available at the switchboard to answer the phone
There are no ice machines on the property,.. there are ice trays in the refrigerator, but they are empty… bring ice…😊. There are several merchants in the area.
I requested a king size bed, but was given a queen size… please verify your bed request at check-in. The advertised breakfast is coffee, a few muffins, & granola bars. Do not expect eggs, bacon, or toast…☹️☹️☹️

The girl working at check in on Sunday was rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. No smile, no welcome, nothing.
Room was clean, but there was only one sheet on the bed, but no blanket. Someone(staff/housekeeping?) pounded on our door at 10:40am to ask if we were staying or checking out. We didn't enjoy having the someone knocking at the door 20 minutes before check out time.
The rates are good. If only they could work on their customer service and hospitality skills it would be a great place to stay.

They did not have the 2 double-bed room I had reserved available. The 2 employees I discussed it with gave me different excuses and had zero solutions or sympathy. I was placed in a single queen room with a (not even twin size) roll out bed and a “comfy” chair for myself and 3 teenagers. Originally I was told I could move the following day to the room I reserved, but then the room was mysteriously unavailable. What a joke. Just to drive things home, I found a cockroach crawling in the bathtub when I went to place my toiletries in there and my bare feet turned brown within minutes of walking on their linoleum flooring. Never again.

The temperature the day we stayed was 106. We set the AC to 60 at 3:30 because it was not on when we entered the room. We left and returned at 9:30 pm and the room was still 80+. I called the front desk and was advised they were completely booked and they couldn't get us a new room. The desk clerk brought us a fan and we slept on top of the sheets. By the way, the hallway was in the 70's due to the AC working in the hallway. When i woke up at 5:30am to leave, I found 2 cockroaches, 1 on tge kitchenette counter, and 1 in the bathroom wall. I was told by the front esk clerk I would be credited 40% on my bill. I think I deserve a 100% credit.

Drove 2 hours, wife needed to use bathroom. front desk had sign- "out to lunch". 3 employees sitting at a table eating and not one of them got up to help us out.asked if we could use bathroom, told NO as bathrooms are only in rooms, asked again if we could use a bathroom, told No early check-in. reserved a king size bed and we got a queen size - did get $22 credit for that.

The outside of the hotel is hardly even lit up which should have been our first sign. The lights in the room don’t work. There is no knob for one set and the other is in a location with no outlet. So obviously the hotel is aware and doing nothing to fix it. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet paper is as thin as can be. Walls were over thin and we heard everything. For the money we paid, this is not acceptable.

We wait 20 minutes for the staff to open the door for us to check in the staff was really rude the rooms are dirty and smell like cigarettes when is a non smoking are.
