Breakfast is far best than others. Beds are very comfortable, and rooms are cleaned daily! The pool was a plus on these triple digit 109 temperature

My stay at Vacaville Best western.

Room was great, clean, air con was working, frig was working, love my King Suite room very spacious and the Breakfast !!!! Very delicious!!!!! They offer a delicious hot breakfast such as bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, tasty potato spuds, coffee and so much more. Keep up the good work Best Western Vacaville, Best Western Roseville, CA. Best Western Delano, Ca. Best Western Los Angeles, CA.!

Unfortunately there was 1 thing wrong, the King Suit Room 112 I stayed in the mattress is very horrible to sleep on, to many dents in the mattress I feel that it has over 100,000 miles on it. This mattress still has the old springs inside, it needs to be changed out to the new updated therapeutic mattress that all hotels are switching over to.

for the price, it was a good stay, other than the clogged up sink and the cleaning crew smoking

liked the breakfast, comfortable bed, front desk staff curtious and polite, very helpful

noisy vent in bathroom, one of the sinks did not drain. Noticed that one of the cleaning crew members was smoking as she was cleaning the rooms. She was outside but the door to the room was open

Got a fair price for fair deal.

The breakfast wasn't properly stocked most of the time. When it was, the breakfast was good.

My bathroom had mold that was painted over and the mold was still coming through.

My husband said it was horrible because of the service he received.

The room was clean when we go there.

The first night we were there we informed the clerk that there was not remote in the room he said he was going to contact the manager and bring the remote to our room @ 5pm @ 745pm my husband went and asked again the clerk said that he would bring it never showed up. . The following morning we had breakfast told the clerk and in 5 min brought the remote to our room. We were leaving for a wedding, We put the sign on the door to have room cleaned. When we can back from a wedding the room was not cleaned and there were no fresh towels. My husband went to the front desk around 745 pm and informed the clerk he the told my husband that there were no towels available and he needed to come back in the morning. I got off work at 1030 went to the front desk and asked for some towels and let the clerk know that our room was not cleaned. He looked into the computer and said it was cleaned. I told him it was not. He told me that he would get me some towels and bring them to the room.

very little. we arrived for breakfast as it was closing. the chef offered to provide some eggs which I thought was very nice. they were cold. the night clerk had absolutely no information about anything. I asked if he knew any good steakhouses. He responded that he was new in the area knew nothing. I further asked about breakfast the following AM. He responded that he did not work the morning shift and knew nothing. sad

We slept maybe an hour… it was very close and convienent to food, and the ice rink we were at all day.

it felt older, and drafty. There’s an air vent in the bathroom above the shower so the bathroom was freezing! There were ants in the bathroom. The people above us had 2 giant labs that woke us up at 5am because we could hear EVERY noise and movement from the room above us.

spacious king sized suite with a sizable balcony but both were under furnished

mattress was well past useful life - large worn dip was very uncomfortable . spacious suite but no table and chairs to sit at . Private balcony but no chairs - wish we could have used it

We were given a room with carpeting infused by a dog. the stench was unbearable so we slept with friends. despite this situation, the hotel refused to return the money. big minus for that!

The staff was amazing. Nice people.

We seen a rat in the room. The bed was not very comfortable. The fire alarm went off for no reason and stayed on for a good minute or two before it cut off on its own. It was late at night and the office staff was not sure how to cut it off.
