The front desk was friendly, however there was an EXTRA $5 a night nonrefundable fee for property maintenance. That should be included in the original price. Had we known that prior to check in, it may have change our reservation. The room was clean, however it wasnt very convenient to get to...lots of twists and turns. We had a king, but they gave use regular sized pillows that were uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok. 1

I gave this hotel a single star because I did not have the option to give it zero stars. The room was fine and the staff were friendly but the hotel is engaging in a deceptive business practice. I book a room with a non-refundable rate. When I arrived for check in at the hotel I was charged and extra $5 "facillity Fee" that was no negotiable. Essentially bait & switch. DON"T STAY HERE.

Smelled of weed in the lobby, with young children throughout. Dirty, but some workers did well trying to clean an older facility. No USB chargers, Very Loud. Breakfastvwas fair at best. Coffee was Great. King Bed was good, Restroom too small. Overall an ok stay, may or may not return.

Very nice and clean. The kids and I loved the indoor pool, which was very big and very nice and warm. And as far as continental breakfasts go, this was like the best on ever. Good eggs and sausage and waffles :)

The room had a lot of wear on the furniture, walls, and door. It was also a very basic room with the bare minimum furniture (bed, dresser, tv, desk, and chair). The location was decent and there was plenty of parking.

The staff at the hotel were great. We were there on New Year's Eve and it was pretty quiet, which was great for us. We got a Jacuzzi room and the tub worked great. Check out Checker's Pizza across the street for great pizza. The biggest reason for the 3 stars, and not more was that it was freezing at the indoor pool. The pool was a big reason we booked there, and my wife and i couldn't handle how cold it was at the pool. We were told a fan had been left on and that was why. I checked it the next morning and it was still pretty cool at the pool. It will keep us from staying there again.

Our room must have not been used in a long time or it was not cleaned well. There was dust all over the knobs and the bathroom. The bathroom Floors had debris as well as the toilet.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had the deluxe king room with jetted tub and it was a very relaxing evening. The tub was a dream and the entire room was very clean. The pillow top mattress gave me the best nights sleep in a long time. We will be coming back to town in March and definitely look to be returning to stay again! Zero complaints.

Staff was nice...room appeared clean but...shower would not shut off as faucet was not secured in the wall hair conditioner and soap dispenser in shower was empty, tv remote wouldn't change channels, we sat at foot of bed and the head side came up in the air and we almost fell off, doors are way too loud when closing, with people coming and going at different times it wasn't a good nights sleep at all

The bathroom was so updated it made the other part of the room look horrible. Tons of cracking and peeling paint all over the walls. There was a very strong chemical smell in the hallway. The pool was decent size just needs to be vaccumed. Alot of stuff at the bottom. Usually you can smell the chlorine you couldnt smel it at all in that pool

First night was fine until the onslaught of kids checked in and ran the halls until 10pm. Staff members not monitoring noise control. Not enough trash cans in room. Room needed cosmetic repairs. GFI in bathroom needs replacing. Plugs kept falling out. Desk chair disgusting. Shower had no shelving for products. We bring our own. Marijuana smell should not be in a non-smoking facility. Chair in room was stained and had burn holes Hotel needs upgrades. Staff very personable and welcoming.

The layout of the room is very odd, with a large blank space/nook along the wall, but overall it was fine. Nice pool. There's a security issue with the pool, though. It's nice to have the doors to the outside open to the fresh air, but it also enables anyone to enter the building without a key. (You need a key to get into the pool from the building but not the reverse.) Otherwise, fine for the money.

The staff was all very nice, which we appreciated, and anything we needed to ask for, they were prompt. However, there were several hairs all over the bathroom and in the room, so it just didn’t feel clean. It was pretty expensive for a very average stay.
