We chose to stay here because of location and proximity to family. The room is all you would want in a hotel stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, easy parking, pleasant staff and toiletries (bonus thank you!).

Older property but nicely renovated and kept in good condition. Great front desk staff, clean room. Our room was at back of restaurant so we were inundated with the smell of bacon cooking in the morning.

Exterior pleasant. There was a pool and spa but too far to walk from our room in 30 below weather. Restaurant looked like it would be lovely in spring, summer and fall. Outdoor seating with a pond. Attractive.

The property appears to be under improvements. The fan in the bathroom was extremely dirty and only work occasionally.

Whilst the building is dated, the room was clean and spacious. There is plenty of parking available and the restaurant on-site was good with reasonable prices for large servings. It was very busy on Friday night so I would suggest eating early. When I checked in I wasn't given any information about the Inn & Restaurant and there was no in-room information either. There is a guest laundry which I only found out about via the website. You have to pay at the reception desk and they will give you the key. If you have a room upstairs in the front block, it can a bit noisy when people are sitting outside in the evening. The air-conditioning unit in the room was so noisy I didn't sleep well the first night and the big window doesn't open. There was a small window on the opposite side of the room but it didn't let in much air and it was next to the out-door seating area. The front block also looks over a main road and the railway line, and it was noisy with the trains and emergency vehicles at times. The area surrounding is suburban with a large park behind which would be great for kids. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but the Inn owners not so much.

Rooms had a view of the city park on the sunny side of spring. Was expecting a kitchenette when buying thru expedia but only got a reg. room with fridge that didn t work and a small coffee pot. no basic eating cuttlery. I was told to upgrade to a kitchenette would require and extra phone call to scotts inn. We finally thawed out freezer portion of fridge and everything kick started. Fortunately hotel staff took out steak, seafood and cremo and plunked them all in a freezer until things could be resolved. Staff was courteous otherwise and this was during the covid era.

Very basic motel. Thin walls. Expensive for this standard of stay but owners said that I should have phoned direct as Expedia had ‘screwed me’.

The stay itself was great, room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping was very attentive even though we didnt want to be disturbed (no 'do not disturb' door cards to be found),the not very friendly email plus phone call to cancel our room due to a credit card that was supposed to be good to go, while we were still traveling to Kamloops, was a bit of an almost rude note in our anniversary holiday, but other than that, its an ok place to stay. Side note, the pool was dirty and there was a used bandaid on the floor near the pool.

Checking in was confusing I selected pay at the property for everything including the damage deposit. So when I’m called that they tried to bill my credit card I was confused. I said I’ll pay when I’m there. Get there to check in and they say I can’t pay cash but I’m paying with debit after 20 minutes of confusion and frustration the person finally figures out I’m paying the deposit with my debit card so I can now check in. The room was clean and nice. It stated we had a soaker tub it was just a normal tub. The beds weren’t terrible but were not the comfiest either The toilet kinda wiggled when you used it. It was a nice hotel I enjoyed the pool but the paint is peeling and is floating in the water. The restaurant attached to the hotel is great

we were satisfied with cleanliness and appearance and being close to downtown Kamloops. The pool was nice but noticed what seemed like paint flakes floating around, could use more cleaning. One downfall was being on bottom floor we could hear people moving around on the floor above. Satisfied with the price, quite reasonable, would consider staying here again.

Room was a little pricey for what it was. Need to take the vaccum to the corners of the floor and ceiling. Breakfast was very bland, no flavor to the potato hasbrowns.
