Location, ease of check-in.
My room had very loud plumbing. When the room above was showering you could hear the water draining in the pipes.

It's not the worst place to stay overnight. A staff member managed to accommodate us even after 1 am.
Our room had an old-school vibe (aprox. from 80-s). AC is really loud, so it's difficult to use at night, especially for small kids
