Your intake staff member. She was professional, courteous and thorough. I was travelling with a disabled friend and so I asked if I could change my room to be closer to both he and his son. She was diligent and accommodating. She is a good ambassador for your establishment.
A convenient electrical plug in close to either bed. Most if not all are across room. Or under a bed. Which I didn't want to move. My computer was running low so I had to plug it in.

We only stayed for a night but the staff were friendly and accommodating to change our room to the ground floor as we had heaps of luggage. The room was a bit dated, but overall, very comfortable and clean. We cannot fault it for the price we paid.

Nice firm bed.
The kitchenette was a nice touch
Great layout
Didn't hear the neighbours
Complimentary breakfast although small was a nice touch
The suite had poor airflow causing it to be quite stuffy at night.
Could hear the pipes make quite a bit of noise.
Price was a bit high for what we got.
Booking website screwed up on the description
