We only stayed for a night as we were traveling in between locations and needed a place to rest. The breakfast was definitely a treat; while it is a basic one, it was more than sufficient for us since we can take it away for our early trip. I also find the price very economical and is a good way to balance the rather super expensive rooms in other places during our 2 week travel on the west side of Canada.
Some of us find the room stuffy (note that this might be due to forest fire smoke coming to this area around the time of our stay) and the bed uncomfortable; the noise from the coffee machine was too loud so not nice when you are sharing the room with 5 people as it disturbs their sleep. Would recommend it for a day but would not stay longer.

Nice firm bed.
The kitchenette was a nice touch

Complimentary breakfast although small was a nice touch
The suite had poor airflow causing it to be quite stuffy at night.
Could hear the pipes make quite a bit of noise.
Price was a bit high for what we got.
Booking website screwed up on the description
