Stay was fantastic. Unloading and loading luggage was less than perfect. People taking up longer than needed parking in loading area making it extremely difficult to off and on load personal baggage

Good location. Lovely Historic Home. Excellent Breakfast with complimentary water, soft drinks, coffee and wine. Limited bathroom space. Lots of stairs to rooms. Parking for loading and unloading was abused by other customers who parked while they ate breakfast instead of using the spaces and freeing them for others. Long-term parking was nearly five blocks away.

The room was clean, breakfast was ok, staff was friendly. Our bathroom was postage stamp size and required a step up. That was concerning since my husband has some mobility issues. We climbed 19 steps to get to our room as well. The deal breaker was parking was off site. Didn’t know that until after reservation was confirmed, non-refundable of course. Walking to your car, pulling luggage over uneven pavers was difficult. I would not recommend to older travelers like ourselves.

Our stay was at the beginning of Dec. Parking to drop off your luggage was very limited. You will need to carry your bags up the front steps and up narrow stairs. I fell out front going up to the house I scrapped my right knee pretty bad. No one seem to care. Our room was in the front of the house closest to the road, it is used by most Carriage companies as a route to get around so up to 10pm get use to the clip clop of the horses. For the amount of money paid I would not stay here again.

The staff at this property were fantastic! They were attentive, and they were intimately knowledgeable about the area (not just where things were, but the experience we might have getting there and possible when best to visit). The breakfast was great as well, and the social hour in the afternoon was a really nice touch.

Accessed room by climbing outside stairs two stories high. Cable TV (local stations) did not work. Owners and staff were pleasant and delightful. Breakfast each was very good.

Quaint B and B with friendly staff. Great location, near everything. My only grip was the fact that although “stairs” was mentioned in the room description, it should have been a little more definitive. The stairs to our room were outdoors, steep, and narrow. Not easy to navigate with luggage. Seniors beware of this room.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Do not like rooms with jacuzzi tub in same room as bed. I guess I missed reading that in the description.

We absolutely loved Victorian House and would definitely come back again. The room was clean and spacious with a wonderful sitting room, fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Breakfasts were delicious and very filling. Every afternoon, there was a social hour, where we could sit on the porch and sip wine and have a little snack. The girls who work there and also the owner were very pleasant and friendly. The location was the best - so close to everything we wanted to go to and easily walkable. If there was only one thing that could be improved, it would be the lock on our door - it was a little hard to use.

When we arrived, Martha, our host, was waiting and gave us a brief tour and went over breakfast options and showed us a map of where we were. Very informative and helpful in planning our activities. There is only parking for 3 cars onsite, but other parking is available nearby. The suite had an enclosed porch and was very comfortable. Location can't be beat-2 blocks from the waterfront, cathedral, Flagler College, and the Lightner museum.

Anthony and Marilyn took very good care of us. The room was clean and welcoming. The balcony was great for relaxing and having a coffee or cocktail. The hot tub was perfect after a day of walking in the most beautiful historical city I have ever seen. The morning coffee was fresh and full of flavor. The breakfast was delicious each morning and served in the dining room or the front porch ,your choice. The afternoon wine was nice for sharing stories with other guest. There were fresh cookies, snacks and soft drinks available. The owners were wonderful people and treated us like friends. We will be back, hopefully.

We liked the Victorian decor. The owner parked our car for us and that was helpful. The shower and bathroom overall in our room were in poor condition. Breakfast was fair. We walked easily from the location to wherever we wanted to go.

The Victorian House is on the oldest street in the country, and is only a few minutes from a lot of the attractions, including a 5 minute walk to St. George street, we parked our car when we got here and didn't use it till we left. We were in the Cadiz suite, and this worked very well for us, it was very comfortable and it was nice to have a separate living room area and a fridge and coffee maker in our room. Tony is just great, gave us a lot of useful pointers, and made a different delicious breakfast every morning. Strongly recommended.

great location as close to everything but not in the super touristy section of town where there are lots of restaurants and bars that you can hear. We really enjoyed out stay and had a very large and comfortable room. Off site parking was very close and not a problem at all. Staff was so friendly. We arrived an hour early and were able to check in.
