It was in a prime location, the rooms were comfortable and it feels more like staying at a family members home instead of an anti personal hotel. The staff was amazing too!
I have some leg and back problems so climbing the stairs everyday to go to the room was a bit difficult but if you are in good shape it's not bad at all!

Amazing location!
Floors were drooping in several places and seemed unsteady. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling off to reveal black mold underneath.

Nothing extravigant or extra special. It's a comfortable room at an excellent price. Breakfast pancakes were included and tasted as expected. Just take note, do not pay $15 for the parking. Look for the pirate flags and park, overnight, there for free.
The stairs leading up to the 2nd floor rooms were steep and tall. And they're worse going down.

Right in historic downtown
This place is incredibly misleading. It’s advertised as a bed & breakfast, but it’s much closer to a hostel.
Cleanliness was a major issue. We were genuinely hesitant to sleep in the beds. The shared back room that all guests have access to looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, the couches were visibly dirty, and the mini fridge in our room was filthy.
The bathroom wasn’t much better. There’s literally a sign telling guests not to use the bathtub because it will overflow. If the bathtub can’t be used, it shouldn’t be part of the room’s advertised amenities.
The only positive was that our kids enjoyed the pirate theme and watching the toy ships in the back room. Lots of random weirdos in and out. A homeless person could prob scrape somebody up cash on the side of the road and probably stay here for the night without question.
I honestly don’t understand how this property has a 4.8-star rating. Our experience was nowhere close to that. The premium price seems to be based entirely on the location, not the accommodations. In its current condition, this is a $50-a-night property at best. I am convinced the positive reviews are fake
