Location is amazing. Staff is very nice. They have a scavenger hunt in the room. It’s really a fun atmosphere. Pancakes with our names were great!

Right in historic downtown
This place is incredibly misleading. It’s advertised as a bed & breakfast, but it’s much closer to a hostel.
Cleanliness was a major issue. We were genuinely hesitant to sleep in the beds. The shared back room that all guests have access to looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, the couches were visibly dirty, and the mini fridge in our room was filthy.
The bathroom wasn’t much better. There’s literally a sign telling guests not to use the bathtub because it will overflow. If the bathtub can’t be used, it shouldn’t be part of the room’s advertised amenities.
The only positive was that our kids enjoyed the pirate theme and watching the toy ships in the back room. Lots of random weirdos in and out. A homeless person could prob scrape somebody up cash on the side of the road and probably stay here for the night without question.
I honestly don’t understand how this property has a 4.8-star rating. Our experience was nowhere close to that. The premium price seems to be based entirely on the location, not the accommodations. In its current condition, this is a $50-a-night property at best. I am convinced the positive reviews are fake
