Location was great, staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice to have 24-hr access to complementary coffee, sodas, and wine. Room was okay and 2nd floor balcony was nice. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

Delicious cookies in the afternoon, tea, coffee soda and water available...
A bonus was creme sherry in the bedroom!

The staff was exceptional, the room, though small, was very clean. The house is very charming, location was a huge plus. Walking distance to everything. The exterior appearance of the house needs work.
