I stayed here years ago and thought it was nice enough. This time, the room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable, the sofa was torn, the pillows are the size of decorative pillows, and the curtains didn't block out the light.

Was a great time. Disappointed by the bathrooms. For all the nice renovations done to the rooms and facility as a whole the bathroom had scum and black on the tile grout. Very disturbing for the prices paid for rooms. Thats why I gave it a 3. Service excellent comfort excellent but you need to bring the bathrooms up to par. Maybe deep cleaning.

Excellent service, welcoming feeling at front desk. Splendid room where everything worked perfectly: good lighting, reachable plugs, excellent thermostat, easy to use remote. Usually there’s something in even 4-star hotel rooms that doesn’t work. Here everything worked! Comfortable bed and black-out curtains. The full breakfast was delicious and varied.

One suggestion I have is to update the elevator. It is quite noisy, old and often made me feel it was going to breakdown. Jaime checked me in and she was very professional, kind and gregarious personality. The room was very spacious and clean. Noise level was minimum considering location is in downtown area. Breakfast was good similar to Hampton Inn but provide bananas and berries. They could use a healthier choice of bread. All of the choices were white flour. Kitchen staff was very helpful. I suggest when asking for the breakfast voucher that they wait to ask you for it when you are not in the middle of preparing your plate but rather wait till you sit down or upon arrival. I would stay here again. It was a pleasant experience.

Next to great food, security for parking included but best of all, it has a smoking patio, a rare find to have a clean, safe place to smoke in CA! Smoking is not allowed inside. Will always come back here when in town.

The location of the hotel was great and really enjoyed the continental breakfast. But what was not so great was the elevator, it was loud, the door didn't always want to close, and it shook when it was getting to the floor you needed. The other thing was the beds. We used both the king size bed and the pull out bed, but we did not find them comfortable and the little fluff of pillows offered no support.

Everything looks good except my credit card was charged twice, once before checkin and once at check in..when I raised the issue with reception I was told that the first charge was just an authorization, not a sale. Of course I had no way of seeing the difference. Was told that the first charge would drop off after a few days. I guess I don't have any choice but to trust that this would happen. The reception staff were all very nice and even provided me with paperwork in case I'm charged twice, but I'm left to wonder if I would be charged twice for the few days that both charges stay in pending. I think an improvement can be made by just charging the amount once either before check or at check in, to save guests the worry of a double charge and any impending dispute over the charge.

Convenient location. Staff was very nice. Good breakfast. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. A hair on the bed and bathroom wall. No daily cleaning service unless you ask, which I wasn't aware of until it was too late in the day. The check in desk associates should notify the guests when they check in.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and sheets feels good. Water pressure in the bathroom could have been higher. There is a need to inform the staff to make up the room. If you forget then they won’t make the room.

I liked that this property was close to the wedding location I was attending. I did enjoy the view of the convention center and how convenient it was to restaurants and bars. My only downside was when I slept the blackout curtains were unable to be fully closed and my significant other could not fall asleep during our stay. Another thing I noticed was there was chipped paint on the bath tub but nothing too crazy. Other than that the room was nice and it was convenient for my weekend.

Located downtown within walking distance many restaurants and shops this is a great property. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was super comfortable. On-site parking made getting in and out super easy. We dined at the local brewery you can access directly across the alley, so good. This is a great place to stay if you are planning on heading to Sequioa the next morning.
