Clean but old model everything. Getting hot water in the sink took a very long time. Turning on and off the bath water was difficult… Pull the handle up hard and at an angle to get the water to flow. The small tv did not have volume on all channels. Front desk said not all channels have volume!

Affordable but very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being just off the interstate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes some hot items (eggs and bacon, waffles), but not as extensive as some other hotels. Very good bargain overall.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashmore Inn & Suites. Friendly, helpful staff and a great value. We spent less at Ashmore than at another recent hotel that felt cramped and did not include eggs and bacon for breakfast. Everything was clean. We had a suite which allowed for some room to stretch out.

I will be back. Clean, friendly, right off the Hwy. Good breakfast. Clean, relaxing hot tub. Clean room. Very much worth the inexpensive rate. Highly recommend.

I stayed here on my way from Denver to Dallas. It was a good hotel for the price. The check-in service was excellent, and the breakfast was really good. The toilet needed a new flapper, the TV was small, and the bed was a bit bowl-shaped, so they're probably due for some upgrades. That said, I was happy I chose it.

Was a 1 night stop with kids, easy parking and kids enjoyed breakfast. If staying in area for multiple day I'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed one night while traveling. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was average size and clean. The room refrigerator was small but worked well. The king bed was firm but somewhat comfortable. Breakfast ended at 9:00 and the room was packed at 8:30, with lines to use the one toaster and waffle maker. Eggs were fluffy, sausage patty firm. Only two cereal options and no oatmeal. No fruit, muffins, or yogurt. It was a good overnight stay but it wouldn’t be good for us for an extended period.

Clean linens and such. A little too warm in the building. No hot water in sink. Had to run shower for 10 minutes to get hot water. Morning breakfast was hot and fresh.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was typical items (waffles, bacon, eggs, bagels, etc) and there was plenty for all. Overall I would stay here again next time my family visits Amarillo.

I have no idea what hotel the people who rated this hotel so high stayed at….it was NOT where we stayed! This was a disaster from check in! I would NEVER recommend this hotel!

Ashmore was a great find! The staff was beyond friendly and it met all of our needs. It is a little older so there were a few things that might bother some, like a leaky faucet and lack of outlets. However, it was perfect for us and if we are back in the area we would definitely stay again.

Great property! It has everything what you need: a pool, a hot tub, a gym. Rooms are big. I picked a wrong date, but the manager solved out the problem in a few seconds.

Fabulous staff-very welcoming and friendly throughout the visit. Good, hot breakfast. Citrus-infused water to greet you in the lobby. A bit older but very clean and affordable. Would stay again, for sure.

Nice place and i would stay here again. Bewakfast was good, room was clean. Laundry was available and worked. Only Negative is like a lot of others have said "no hot water". It was warm, but definitely not hot.

Arrived and was greet by the staff in a friendly manner. Got to our room and for an older hotel it was well taken care. We only saw dry wall tape peeling in one area of the room. Bed was comfortable as was the room.

Had an enjoyable stay. Our room was large and very clean. The breakfast was good and a variety of choices was provided - oatmeal, pastry, eggs, sausage, juices, milk, waffles, toast. I would stay here again when in the area.

The hotel is very well taken care of with awesome customer service. I was shocked to find out that such a nice place could be so affordable. The breakfast was wonderful every morning with fresh coffee as well. Beds were comfortable with nice warm bedding. We got the king suite so it was super nice to have two rooms divided by a door. This gave privacy that you do not usually get in hotels…..especially ones with rates like these!! Would absolutely stay here again!! I hope they don’t change a thing!

No hot water. Called and they had a maintenance guy come and he couldn’t speak English so I had to use my translator app. He said everything was fine but then no hot water still. It was only one night and it was late so we just dealt. The “double beds” are very small, I’d say like full size mattresses and they were uncomfortable. Our room smelled very musty for some reason. Overall it wasn’t ideal. Will be picking a different hotel if needed to stay in Amarillo again.
