Just a low quality hotel. It was clean but just not nice or comfortable.

On going construction. So lobby was not functional. I wanted a drink and was told to walk 10 mins to a store. The breakfast space is so small. Guests bumped into each other and others couldn't find a seat. I appreciated the hotel shuttle to the airport. It was convenient for us in the morning to get to the airport. Its a pricey hotel but for Vancouver it was at the lower end. Vancouver is generally expensive.

The listings said nothing about the hotel being under renovation. When we checked in, i checked under the mattress and found dirty towls with a mysterious stain on them and sheets. These looked like they had been under the mattress for a long time. Even though the sheets on the bed were freshly made. When I went downstairs to get either a new room or to at least have it cleaned. I was told there was no more available rooms and the best they could do was have housekeeping come clean it. When the 2 house keepers came in, they didnt greet us and looked annoyed. Not responding to us. They only talked to each other in spanish. I speak spanish even though I am Caucasian, I grew up in south Texas and was able to understand their conversation. At one point they said to each other in a mocking town. What customers look under the bed? Conplaining that they had to clean the bed and the dirty laundry that was hidden underneath.

The room is small but in a convenient location in Richmond near the Skytrain station. It's under renovation now, but it's still okay for a layover.

I had a very pleasant 4-night stay despite the ongoing renovations to the hotel. It is not the fanciest hotel but it does a very good job within its resources. Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. It is in a very convenient location, and I don't think you can beat it's value for money.

I expected much more from a Quality Inn. While this hotel is undergoing renovations, I can understand the main floor covered floor "Paper" but the room which we were first given was so tiny that there wasn't even a suitcase "holder" in the closet as there would have been no room to put it. There were lots of wires exposed which also gave it an unappealing appearance. The shower plug was stuck in one position. After expressing our dissatisfaction with the room we were given another room which was better. This Quality Inn was a big disappointment.

It used to be a nice hotel but not so much anymore. It is getting old. Door hiding the fridge was broken and another time was completely missing in a different room. Lights beside bed weren’t working. Table was dirty.

Hotel is currently under renovations and the room was very basic and needs updating. The underground parking is great. Staff were really good.

This hotel is in full on reno mode. Everything is tired, the bathroom needs a total redo. The toilet was dirty, the wall around the sink was dirty, the tub is old and stained and has large areas of touch up paont. There were holes in the bed sheet and the pillows were stained. I often wonder if I get the worst rooms because I'm booking through Expedia?

Hotel is doing renovations that clearly needs, but over all was comfortable, the smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. Could only shower as the shower lever was stuck and wouldn't redirect water to the tub.

We had a late night flight and this hotel was perfect. We called and they picked us up at 1:15am. The next morning, there was breakfast and the staff was happy to help us get to our next destination. Perfect for what we needed.

I stayed here over night after a late arrival from YVR. The hotel room was compact and had all that was needed. Breakfast was ok as well. Parking space was limited and we got the last spot that was quite tight.

Arrived later in the evening for an early flight the next day. The price was right and had a shuttle to the airport at 6:30 am which worked for our time schedule. Managed to grab a coffee and a bit of breakfast early as the free breakfast wasn't suppose to open until 6:30 am.

There was black hair all over my shower. I moved a piece of furniture to reach a plug in to charge my tablet and the wall was covering in some sort of sticky looking goop. I didn't touch it to find out what. Thats was dust or some sort of powder on the table top where the tv was. It was loud and could hear some strange buzzing sound almost the whole stay. The shuttle and breakfast were the best part.

I found the hotel to be dated and the room I stayed in could definitely use some attention. The caulking around the tub was full of mildew, the grout was in need of a deep clean, and there were several other small areas of damage that could easily be repaired but weren't. Gave me the overall feeling of a lack of care.

For an airport hotel, it was fantastic! The complimentary shuttle is great, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly decent! Eggs, sausage and pancakes in addition to fruit, toast, cereal, juice and coffee. My room was a super cute corner room, recently updated. I was also surprised by the walkability of the area- 10 minute walk to the skytrain and a shopping centre too. Staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. They even stored my luggage when my flight got delayed. I will definitely look into staying here again when passing through Vancouver!

The breakfast buffet was not good. Milk was sour, because it wasn’t in a cold area. Eggs and sausages were cold, because the heating compartment kept going out and the worker had to keep turning the breaker on. Shuttle van was pretty worn out.

The room stinks so bad. Unable to open the windows, so I asked for a different room. The staff is insisting that she needs to charge for a different room. Such a bad customer service.

Stuff need to be more friendly, they need to clean up the leak in front of elevator not just put a bucket to catch the water and need to notify guests if the plan to be doing construction work in the room next door.
