Just an overnight stop before flying home so barely in the hotel. Very convenient for the airport, good location and a lovely view of the bay.

We stayed at Bay Landing last year and it was such a different experience. First, they have done away with the free water and snack credit. In today’s economy, understandable. Second, they have drastically increased their stay and park prices! With one night stay and leaving your car in the parking lot for 1 week it was over $300! We opted for the long term parking at SFO which ended up being about $100 cheaper. Breakfast was the star of the stay and is still very good. It’s a decent stay, but only if you’re getting a good room rate.

Impressive hotel for the price range. Comfortable, well-maintained, good breakfast, good shuttle hours. Plus - if you have time - there's a great walk just outside along the bay on a bike path. Lovely to stretch out a bit between travel days.

This is a very nice hotel located very conveniently to the SF airport. We had a bayside room and could watch planes landing across the bay. Beautiful location! While not convenient to SF tourist locations, it was very convenient for our activities which were partially across the bay in Hayward. Our only problem was that from the time we checked in on Wednesday until we checked out on Sunday, housekeeping never entered our room. We are fine with the hotel's policy on changing bed linens and towels, but the wastebaskets were overflowing and we'd have liked clean towels once during out stay. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. We did request housekeeping and clean towels on the third day, but did not receive either.

I like this hotel but i had issues with using the heater, a toilet handle fell off and the bedding consisted of a sheet and two thin blankets that kept sliding off the bed. Messed up my sleep trying to stay covered while not coming into contact with the blankets. I would invest in comforters. The hotel is on the sf bay brr brr brr. My other issue was people who would not leave the breakfast area. Finally i just got food and took it to my room. I couldnt get a table between 7.45 to 9. People move on!!!

There was some sort of mold in our bathroom and my daughter noticed it first but we weren’t able to take a picture. we’re not completely sure if it was mold or not because it was pink/purple and it wasn’t terrible rotting and I think that’s due to the fact there isn’t a fan in the bathroom which creates moisture in the walls/ceilings. Other than that our stay was great, has a great breakfast selection with wonderful omelettes. our bed was also comfy and the view is great.

This property needs some attention. I use to stay here 6-8 times a year. The room smelled musty, the carpets need cleaning, and the window shears were ripped. It still has great potential with some TLC. Great location and breakfast.

Large room and large bathroom; view of the bay and airplanes landing at SF airport. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Breakfast had a good asortment of foods to choose from. Check in was quick and easy. Restaurants for dinner within walking distance. Also had a shuttle to/from airport terminals.

Great location close to airport. Good dependable shuttle with very long operating hours. Breakfast was adequate. Wifi upload of less than 1mbs was a serious problem for me and my work. They need to fix this. Also, I was looking at the same bag of take out food trash placed outside the adjacent room door for three straight days.

The service was wonderful! Staff great! Clean! Great breakfast buffet! My only complaint is that both the bed and pillow were hard and lumpy, which was a shame, because it affected the quality of my rest, and I really needed a good night's sleep that I didn't get. That will affect my staying here in the future.

Check in was fast and we were given a perfect room for being quiet as requested. Breakfast was delicious! Lots of variety! Cleanliness of room was perfect except the floor tile grout in the bathroom badly needs to be cleaned. The shower faucet needs to be fixed - direction for hot and cold was backwards and I struggled to make it stop running. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable. Too small and hard!

We were absolutely delighted. It is almost like a European hotel. The room was pleasant. The large post headboard is so much more attractive than most modern hotels. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was much better than most nowadays. We truly enjoyed it. We stay in a lot of hotels, and we were seriously impressed with this one. The Bay Landing hotel will be our "go to" location on the peninsula from now on.

Room was not properly cleaned -- package of maple syrup under the bed easily visible, as well as significant dust at other bedside. Furnishings seriously dated. Convenient to SFO; nice view from parking lot. That's about it.

The free airport shuttle never showed up and it was only 7 pm. The bathroom shower was leaking and one of the light above the shower was broken. The evening service person was very nice but the day shift lady wasn’t very friendly nor helpful.

Overall, the stay was fine. Ample parking, good breakfast. However, our complaint was in regards to the room. Practically the entire window curtain in our room was in shreds. It felt like Wolverine must have stayed in the room. And then, same for the shower curtain in the bathroom. I'm not sure if housekeeping overlooked it, or the hotel doesn't think it's important enough to upkeep their hotel rooms.

This was a last minute trip for a conference and it worked out great. Able to book the day before at a decent price - nice room, easy to find and get to, lots of parking, very helpful staff. Definitely recommended.

Generally the accommodations were fine & the breakfast setup was quite good. My low rating totally had to do with the airport transfer service information on the site. It was incorrect & not clear as to times. I picked up my luggage at 11:00pm only to find that the last shuttle was at 10:30 PM. Cost me an extra $35 to get an Uber from the airport. Had I known that I would have probably chosen a different hotel.

This is an older hotel, but very well maintained, reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast each morning is generous and very good in a pleasant dining room on the main floor. The hotel is located on a lovely spot on SF Bay, opposite the Benihana Restaurant. Good shuttle service to SFO airport. Highly recommend.
