the free breakfast was so so we got there about 1/2 hour be fore closing and not much selection left need to add bacon. No towels at the indoor pool and a foamy Jacuzzi

The hotel rooms are your typical 2.5 star room but our suite felt like an apartment with a full kitchen, separate rooms and huge bathroom. No extra blankets for the pullout sofa but we made do. The check in and out was easy and the area was convenient for what we were there for. The 5 stars truly is for the breakfast! Assortment of cereals, pastries, do-it-yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, tater tots, biscuits and gravy, coffee & juice, fruits and yogurt, probably the largest spread of “help yourself” breakfast from a hotel. She kept it stocked and clean too. We actually switched our next stay in April to this hotel even though it’s $50 more just so we can have the breakfast again.

I'm not sure why this place had good reviews. I was deceived and paid way more than what this place was worth. A motel 6 would've been better. The hot tub and pool were filled with so much chlorine it burned my son's eyes and he couldn't stay in. The sofa bed mattress reeked of urine. We went to a second room and there were tortilla chips and crumbs on the sofa bed mattress. In the 3rd room, we looked at the mattress had some crumbs, but it wasn't as bad as the other rooms so we took it. When I asked for something to be done to rectify the situation the front desk worker said she would talk to her manager and I haven't heard anything back. I would never stay here again.

My mother had surgery and I had to stay the night. I got the room and it was so lovely! Extremely clean and quiet, close to everything. The desk person was very accommodating and I will definitely be staying here every time I come here to Redlands!!!

Been here multiple times before. We tend to go with the spa tub room. We got room 104 this time had the white spa tub but sad to say it wasn’t working. The Jets didn’t turn on which was a let down since that’s what we picked this room out for. Also the bed in the room is very worn out, sinks in the middle and also the pillows to this room are old. One was missing a pillow case and they all had used smell to them. Wasn’t liking that at all.

The property was excellent. The only complaint was that it is at the freeway exit and my room was on the street side of the building so I heard a lot of traffic noise.

nice and clean lobby with welcoming staff, free breakfast and a corner store with some essentials in case you forgot anything and didn’t want to go out. nice location, quick drive to nearby events. Rooms were alright, they were pretty clean and bathrooms are also pretty large - only issue is the shower floor like never gets clean? I wanted to take a bath but the floor was brown lol

I have officially decided that I am only going to stay in comfort suites. I had the best experience with this hotel. Everyone was nice, morning breakfast was waaaay more than I expected. Even my son keeps asking to go back to the hotel. It was great to us and we will definitely be choosing comfort suites if available

This is not a place to rent a room at the manager will take your money as fast as he can and he will not give it back to you he will come up with every excuse to not give it back

Great stay, only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the cleaning smell. Hotel was extremely clean BUT they smell of bleach will knock you on your 🍑 when you walk into the lobby. Its SOOO strong.

The staff was super friendly and helpful but the cleanliness of the room was questionable, had a musky smell to it and found pills on the floor by the mini fridge could of been vitamins but I threw them away nonetheless. Limited parking I had to park in the other hotels parking at the farthest spot.
