Great stay. Everyone was friendly, room was very nice. Only inconvenience was the ice maker was at the front, we were at the back. Breakfast (hot part) was served by an attendant. Very impressed for an older hotel.

Love staying at this hotel. Close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are nice and clean. But the smell of cat urine and the water pressure in the shower is not so great. But overall, we like it there and we stay there every time we are in the area.

I always stay at Ayres when I am in town I come from the High Desert . I really enjoy my stay. Clean rooms, awesome rooms with view of pool. Greatest Service and the breakfast is so yummy. I give this Hotel 10 Stars.

This was our first time staying here and wont be our last. It was as nice as the pictures! The room was clean and beautiful. The service was very good,and breakfast was excellent.

The room we were in was next to laundry and there was no way to take an afternoon nap or sleep in. The floors/walls vibrated when washer was spinning. Bed was too soft for me. Pillows were very comfy. Staff very friendly, breakfast was very good. Pedro made an excellent omelette. Room was very clean

This place looks like a hotel in the pictures, but it is most definitely a motel. A refurbished motel, with rooms that look quite nice on the inside, but you enter from the outside, and it’s just got that old motel smell and vibe. If you stay in the rooms facing the middle you will contend with the noise of tons of kids in the pool. If you stay in the rooms on the perimeter, no pool noise, but plenty of road noise. I hear the hot breakfast is yummy, so maybe that’s why people have rated this place so highly. We missed it because we had to depart before it began at 7 AM.

Nice cozy lobby. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh-cooked omelet made to order! Room was spacious, clean, and remarkably quiet, even though it's practically under the freeway. Pool and spa looked nice, although we couldn't use it because it was 40 degrees and raining, unfortunately. There was one brave soul in the spa....

I didn’t like that there was an additional $50.00 pet fee that I was not expecting having reserved a pet room. Otherwise, nice hotel and staff.

My partner and I were woken up at 8 in the morning to construction work from the hotel. They said they were working on the laundry room right next to us and there wasn’t anything they could do for us since we were checking out today. They banging and knocking coming from the walls didn’t stop until 11:30 ish. We planned to stay at this hotel since we didn’t have kids to take care of for the night and all we wanted was to sleep. Very disappointed and would like a refund.

Our Tom smelled like body odor or onions. We could not find where it was coming from. Also- right off the freeway with a lot of noise the whole night. Drag races crashes and helicopters.

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. My reservation made through Hotels.com was not evident in the system upon arrival. That did not faze the amazing front desk gentleman, he was professional, kind, knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, on thanksgiving I was able to order an omelette made to my specifications. This will definitely be our go to hotel.

The property is 2 stories, without an elevator (we didn’t see one). So we had to haul our luggage up the outdoor stairs. The air conditioner didn’t work in our room, so we periodically opened our door to let the cool night air in. The covering at the bottom of the bed was dirty, so my wife rolled it up and put it in the closet. The TV channels were very odd…you could see a listing but couldn’t click on a channel to go to it. So you had to scroll up and down each channel without anything telling you what the show was on that channel. Lastly, they serve a breakfast but it ends at 9AM. No one stops serving breakfast at 9AM!! That’s ridiculous!! Very poor experience overall. Will never stay there again.

This property is welcoming. Makes me feel comfortable, makes me feel like I'm at home. Friendly staff that goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Can't say enough good things about this property. And the breakfast, love the cook to order breakfast. Thank you for the stay. Loved it so much when driving thru California going North, that I stayed again later in the month when I was coming back down thru California.
