Laurence and John were gracious hosts. This is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed at! Our room was lovely and immaculately clean which I really appreciate. In fact the entire house is immaculate. Laurence makes divine breakfasts and service was outstanding. We didn't really need and lunch. Don't miss the complementary wine and cheese at 5:00pm! The location was great, just steps from Bowen's Warf and lots of great restaurants. Laurence and John went above and beyond to make our stay perfect We would highly recommend staying here to all. We will definitely be back!

Excellent spot for our quick anniversary weekend! The they provide so much value to their guests. Breakfast is homemade and amazing, the innkeepers knowledge of the local area is like having your very own tour guide and the wine & cheese hour was a great time as well! So much to see and do right down the street, book here and you will not be disappointed!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Almondy Inn. The inn was beautiful and clean and our room was comfortable and well-appointed. There is parking at the Inn and it is easily walkable to the harbor and surrounding areas. But the reason we will return was the management team. They were so kind and inviting. And the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Staying here was such a pleasure.

Loved the Almondy!! Clean warm and and the innkeepers were very hospitable. The inn is also very close to downtown area. The breakfast was out of this world good! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely time!

It was amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us. The Inn was very close to the stores and restaurants. If I had to rate it from 1-10 it was a 20. One of the best experience we had staying at an Inn.

We loved staying at The Almondy Inn. The room was beautiful and the reception room was lovely. We enjoyed the cookies in the afternoon and relaxing on the front porch. The hosts, Laurence and John, were very friendly and enjoyable. Would definitely like to visit them again.

Excellent, everything was perfect. The property was in incredible condition, cleanest inn we stayed at on our trip. The innkeepers were very nice and the breakfast was great, the discussion of sailing and sailboats at the breakfast table just made the experience even better… I can’t say enough nice things about our stay in Newport, thanks

We had a wonderful stay in Newport with Laurence and John - the inn was clean & comfortable and the food was delicious. The only negative was there was a club down the street which was relatively loud in the evening. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay for 2 nights at the Almondy. The hosts were extremely friendly, we had a wonderful breakfast and the location is a half block from the main attraction area so it was quiet at night. The on-site parking was also very much appreciated. We will definitely return to the Almondy in the future.

It was an excellent stay. The innkeepers could not be more suited for this calling and I was the beneficiary. , I also got to meet the owners of the property as welll, which was nice. The entire stay felt so right that I’ve already rebooked!

We really enjoyed our stay at Almondy! Our room was beautifully elegant and charming, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was divine! Claudette was a wonderful hostess. Breakfast was hearty and delicious and we found we were so full we didn’t need lunch. The location is perfect, just a very short walk to Bowen’s Wharf. We shall definitely stay at the Almondy again!

What a fantastic experience! Not many places will greet you with a bottle of wine, and a nice cheese plate to go with it, but the Almondy Inn will. Claudette and staff were so pleasant and attentive, and make our stay even more comforting, and the room was pretty comfortable to start with. Beautiful rooms with comfortable, big beds and the best water pressure I’ve ever had in a bathroom that wasn’t my own. 10/10 would recommend you check out this perfectly located spot, right by the wharfs and a short walk from the best food.

Along with being in a location within walking distance to the docks and great restaurants and shopping, the Almondy had super comfy beds, delicious breakfast, onsite parking and a very accommodating innkeeper! We will be back!

We have stayed in more then several B&Bs in newport & this one tops our list. For us, and in no particular order: the location is stellar its close walk to all the things we enjoy doing including the car museum, restaurants, shopping and strolling around. Love having off street parking included! The service was lovely! Breakfast was delish! We loved having the larger tv in the bedroom & fireplce. The bed was comfortable as well. We wished there was a second tv in the sitting room but that certainly doesn't detract anything!!

Perfect location! The bed was super comfortable and our room came with a gas fireplace fire added comfort. The staff was delightful, Claudette’s breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip!

My husband and I just wanted to get away for a weekend. It was our second time in Newport RI and wanted to stay closer to town. When we arrived the room was presented to us with a great welcome and the room was absolutely beautiful. Had a great side view of the ocean. Thank you for making our trip amazing.
