The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, especially compared to other accommodations we were considering before our trip. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, with the breakfast team providing particularly attentive service each morning.
We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. One detail that stood out was how the hotel handled our request for a room on a higher floor. Although one was not available upon arrival, the staff later contacted us and proactively arranged a room change as soon as one became available. We truly appreciated their effort and commitment to guest satisfaction.
When we return to Mallorca, we will definitely consider staying at Marítimo again. Highly recommended!

Staff throughout the hotel are pleasant, warm, and consistently helpful, adding a relaxed friendliness that suits the quiet atmosphere. The rooms are well‑appointed, comfortable, and appropriately designed for unwinding after a day in Alcúdia
Despite being close to everything, the hotel maintains a peaceful vibe, perfect for couples or anyone seeking a restful base. Overall, Grupotel Maritimo delivers a polished, enjoyable experience with great food, great people, and great comfort — a hotel that gets the important things right.
