Great experience. We arrived very late at night and the checkin was easy. The room was ready, lit up and warm with the fireplace on. The room had all we needed. Checkout was easy too.

We stayed overnight between ski days at Palisades & Alpine. This was perfect ~ quiet & relaxing with an amazing view of the lake. The hot tub was especially welcome after the first day of skiing. The location is convenient to shopping, dining & skiing. The staff is friendly & accomodating. Their use of text and email for checking in & out, providing information & responding quickly to requests is very efficient.

Great place for relaxing. We had a lake view room which was nice. They have chairs and fire pit and chairs right on the beach. There are restaurants, casinos and a grocery store within miles. Great place to stay. I will be coming back!

Fantastic location, right on the beach N Lake Tahoe. Rooms in need of a little TLC. Surprisingly no cutlery or plates (yet they have microwave and fridge). All in all a fab stay despite the weather on arrival.

The staff were very responsive, only a text away. We needed a couple of things and they were at our door with them in just a couple of minutes, literally. Our room had a kitchen…was missing a pot holder/oven mitt. Otherwise it had everything we needed for cooking. Bed could have used a pad or maybe a blanket used as cushion under the sheet, but that’s maybe just me. Everything was clean and spacious, and the property is right on the beach, just steps from the water. Hot tub was warm! (Great for after snowboarding)

The check in and check out process is super smooth. The communication with hotel staff is very prompt and helpful. The room is clean and spacious and it’s right by the lake! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to stay there again next time we visit Tahoe :)

I like the Lake Tahoe Lake, but I did not like the bad experience I had with the hotel. I paid for a room with a Lake view, but instead, we got a room facing the noisy traffic. To view the lake, need to step outside the room where they have 2 chairs close to the the door. Very u happy. Will never recommend this place.

Staff was amazing. Perfect for families. They make sure you are happy the whole time. The paddle boards, kayaks, and hydro bikes made this my kids favorite part of a cross country vacation. Will book again if traveling through Tahoe.

If you like doing outdoors stuff this place is in a good location. It's not more than 15 to 20 minutes away from a lot of stuff to do. Talking to the employees is easy via text messaging and parking is convenient.

Mourelatos was a great choice for my family on our first trip to Tahoe. The resort is a lakefront property set against the beautiful Lake Tahoe. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean reflected in the state of both the room and the property itself. The staff were a pleasure to communicate with. All correspondence with the hotel was done through text and the staff were incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. The property location is roughly 15 minutes (traffic dependent) away from Northstar and very close to a number of restaurants and Safeway within the area. Highly recommend for a small family as a great option to stay while in North Lake Tahoe.

Spacious open floor plan. A bit dated but cozy. Had to ask for supplies (paper towels for the kitchen), but staff responded quickly and cheerfully. Clutter around the property could use some attention.
