We had the most wonderful stay! The condo was perfect! The amenities were an added bonus! We got in the hot tub in a snow storm and it was beautiful! We built a snowman, sledded down the hills, made snow angels, then went and warmed up in our cozy cabin-like condo. Condo was prepped well with all kitchen necessities, small shampoo and conditioners, lots of linens and pillows, and extra heaters! We also checked out Kings Beach, that was just down the road. We loved our stay here and will be returning!

This condo was perfect for a quick trip to Tahoe-- it had a full kitchen, comfortable sofa and beds, and a nice shower to come back to after full days out on the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient Location

Property badly in need of updating. Shabby carpentry, terrible furniture no cohesive decor. Looks like it was purchased at goodwill. No tv no air conditioning. Loft extremely uncomfortable most of the night. No clear instructions on location of unit, building signage was not clearly displayed

My family of 4 had a pleasant stay during Christmas week. The location is conveniently close to Kings Beach, the property is clean and full of amenities. There is no TV but we didn't miss a bit. The club house provides few but fun activities that entertained my 2 teenager children.

The location is great. 3-4 mins from king's beach. The building is extremely old. The inside of the apt was clean enough, however the main bedroom with the king/queen bed is unstairs and that room is very creepy. It has overhead storage space that looks decrypt and broken. Found a closet or cupboard that was unfinished and had a staircase that lead somewhere.. quite creepy. And since it's upstairs, it gets very hot.

Loved everything about this place. Had a peaceful, pleasant, safe and enjoyable time in Tahoe and the surrounding area. This as "homebase " was absolute perfection. Will definitely be back.

3 stars, room was stuffy and hot in mid august with no AC to cool down, with broken patio door you can't leave it open because bugs can come in, bathroom smelled moldy even though review said it was addressed and son was sneezing a lot from it due to allergies. The fans did not help as just circulating hot air. They have 3 individual fans so are apparently aware its needed. Look into adding a fan that can bring air from the inside into home.
Pros: Easy nearby parking, stocked kitchen utensils, unique loft room, scenic patio.
Negatives: Bathroom liner looked very dirty, carpets were old, decor was old, furniture was old and damaged, very hot room at night.

Small place, but we knew that coming in. Overall we had a great time because we were in Lake Tahoe and the surrounding area is great.
When checking in, there are explicit directions and warnings about a parking pass and making sure you used it. This pass was not there. I called, I emailed, I texted and received no direction on what to do. I finally asked another resident who told me, “it doesn’t matter, they don’t have a parking pass.” I think you need to update your rules/check in, or supply the parking pass, as you said you would. Or communicate when someone asks you a question.

Awesome place for a couples retreat or solo adventure. 4 min drive to Kings beach, and absolutely gorgeous condo. Very secluded and close to nature, and yet not at all far from Tahoe amenities. Perfect for someone who wants to go glamping. Condo is comfortable and can sleep 3 people in beds, maybe another extra on the sofa bed but at the risk of feeling crowded. Great wildlife visible right from the balcony.

Not as big as it looks
This condo is REALLY small and the "bedroom" is more like a closet and extremely uncomfortable - just foam on a wood platform. There was no ice or ice cube trays. There was too much furniture crammed in the downstairs.

Close to all the small towns around Lake Tahoe.
Overall the stay was good. Finding the correct building and correct parking was initially confusing (especially for two cars and finding the visitor’s parking in the dark). There was no tv, which was fine but unexpected and a detail I must have missed in the description. The place was warm and clean. The location was close to all the small towns around Lake Tahoe.

This studio with a loft unit is perfect for a couple. It does have a small reading room, under the stairs, that could work for a child as well, but I think this is the sweet spot for a couple.
The other units are very quiet. Quiet enough that you question whether anyone else is there with you. The hot tub and recreation area (pool table, hockey table, TV) are both very close to the unit just outside of it. It also has a dry hot sauna that you can use as well. Internet speeds were sufficient for remote work. There is a Safeway and public lake access area down the road. Vacasa staff are very responsive via text or app messages.
The bad was that there was no TV readily available. There is one in a closet, but it did not have a stand and I did not feel comfortable setting it up (besides there isn't a decent place to put it either). We also experienced a power outage of a few hours on Friday night which forced us to figure something out in the meantime. However, the main heat source remained on even when the power was out.
Bring your laptops, iPads, and tablets to mitigate not having a TV and you'll have a decent time while staying here. Also, bring a tea kettle if you are into that, because the unit does not have that either.

Fine, not great.
We loved the location and the home was clean. It did however not supply enough toilet paper, or towels for our week long stay.

Really liked this spot. Close enough to the beaches, yet totally quiet at night for calm and rest. Clean and the kitchen was very well equipped, and the fridge was working. This is a very tight space for 4 but since we had a 9 yr old and a 5 yr old, it worked out OK for us. Overall this was a great place and we were happy with the rental.
Problems we noticed: 1) The lights!!! So few of them are working in the main room; the overhead fan and lights don't work at all. One of the standing lamps didn't work. We had to move the stained glass standing lamp into the middle of the living room to have light at the table. 2) The pool access! I resorted to calling Vacasa to get the code; there was no documentation at all about the code to get in.

We had to reach out to the staff essentially every day of the four days we were there to have an issue addressed. Their check in process was relatively smooth using a lock box. However, there was zero instructions on how to enter the club house to use pool/hot tub/table games so we had to reach out to vacasa for that. There were zero written instructions on how to find the laundry room and access the laundry room (required a 4 digit number code to access) so we had to reach out to vacasa for that. The ceiling fan wasn’t working and there was a shudder missing that divided the first floor bedroom so we had to reach out to vacasa for that. The condo didn’t have a TV in it despite a vacasa staff member confirming via a written check list that she left for us saying that there was a working TV. This obviously was not the case to our disappointment. Overall it felt like we had to prompt Vacasa staff to do their jobs every step of the way while here we are simply trying to enjoy our vacation. Overall it was a horrendous and infuriating experience when we paid the most per night for this condo compared to 3 other hotels in the area. Needless to say, we all will be avoiding vacasa properties like the plague in the future after this appalling experience.

Convenient location, near King's Beach. Backs right onto a series of trails (cross country ski in winter). Clean condo with a small balcony, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. A bit warm in summer.

I rent this property for a few days during this summer. Even though it can fit 5 people, it can only comfortably fit four people (two adults and two teens). The place is very clean and the kitchen has most of what could be needed for a short stay. The ceiling fan / light was not working when I arrived, and the place was really warm. We contacted Vacasa to report the issue. They promptly replied and sent someone in. Even though the person could not fix the issue right away, he offered to bring another portable fan, which was enough to help us couple with the current heat wave in the region. The location of the property is also very good. The main street of King's Beach is just a 4-minute drive away. The beach itself is also very nice and it was not too crowded. There are several options for food, ice cream, and a very good Safeway store around. Overall, my experience was very good.

The set up of the property was great. The loft area I enjoyed. I strongly disliked how I was not told the regular size fridge was not in use and only a mini fridge was on site. I also highly disliked there was not enough toiletries provided, for a 2 night, 3 day stay, only a small amount of toilet paper and towels were provided. I also did not like how I had no idea how to access the pool. It would of been nice if there was a detailed list of what was on the property and local shops in the area. I wasn’t able to get much service with my phone, so that would help a lot.
