A bit tired, but refurbishment in progress. A delightful period property. The shower was a later addition to our room and a bit small.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The location is very good, away from the centre but only a few stops on the frequent buses - never waited more than five minutes!

This was a great place to stay in a quiet area just a short walk through the meadows to the city center. I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in Edinburgh!
