Everything was great except our time in the Sportsbook. When they were asked to put different games up on the main TVs the tall white gentlemen in the booth was extremely rude When asked later he was rude and lied w a chuckle about changing the channel

The check in experience with the front desk agent was less than stellar but the clerks on either side were so friendly and welcoming. I was contacted by a front desk manager and she was so attentive. They offered me a room on a higher floor with mountain veiws which are spectacular. Both rooms were beautifully appointed and so comfortable but that view was so extra! I ordered room service and the food was plentiful and delicious and beautifully presented. The casino is huge and has every type of gaming you could want. All the employees were very friendly! When I got turned around trying to get to the parking garage ( did I mention how expansive the casino floor was!?😄) a casino employee I think her name was Dot, I wish I were positive she was so helpful and took me to where I needed to go to get to my car! She went above and beyond I definitely appreciated her going that extra mile, or I might still be wandering around! My stay was spectacular! I would definitely recommend The Peppermill in Reno Nevada it is the complete package!

Housekeeping activated the alarm clock waking me up at 6 am. No response for over 1 1/2 hours. The Standards of Excellence operator got a supervisor to respond. Same issue two days in January stay. Not sure if I can return given what seems to be a chronic guest unfriendly issue. Interrupting guests’ sleep is not friendly service.

Normally I have nothing but positive things to say about this place...until this trip. Checking in was ok until I saw my credit card that shows an extra room charged on there *still waiting for remedy* At 7:45 am, housekeeping came walking into our room while my husband and I were still sleeping...just a little pissed off since the Do not Disturb sign was outside! 10 am comes and who comes walking in again....SAME FREAKING MAID!!! Twice our privacy was totally disregarded...NOT OK WITH THIS! Hopefully we get the additional room charges back.....

This is my favorite place to say when in Reno. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The video monitors throughout the property and channels in the room are my absolute favorite and I enjoy relaxing to the images. Valet was not available this trip but other than this, it was again well worth it. Really missed the valet, as a single traveler.

Usually, I stay in the Tuscany Tower, but the room I booked wasnt available and the Peppermill Staff couldn't do anything about it since I booked through Hotels.com and downgraded us to the Peppermill Tower. The hotel staff directed me to Hotels.com for a refund and to make up for the inconvenience, however Hotels.com couldnt do anything other than refund me the room price difference and give me $25 towards One Key. The service from Peppermill and Hotels.com was not great. As far as the rest of the stay goes, the standard room was fine, much smaller than the Tuscany Tower. The beds were too firm. The wasnt a tub, just a shower. There was a small fridge, but no microwave. Was charged a $50 deposit for incidentials for my one night stay, and then $45 plus tax for resort fee upon check-in. They did acceot a debit card for incidentials. Parking in the garage was free and easy to get to the hotel check-in lobby. Cafe was a basic dinner and was overpriced for the quality of the food. Drinks on the floor when gambling were not great, but its not expect to be great for free. The Tuscany bar is my favorite bar, the drinks are better and it's a quieter area. The tables were fun and there was room to jump in on most tables on a Saturday night. Most slots were used, but wasnt hard to find some to play that I was interested in. The pool was open and heated. I was able to order UberEats for delivery easily and have it delivered to the room. The spa is beautiful and worth the cost.

Although we could have opted for a discount and no maid service, we chose to have maid service each day we were at the Peppermill. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were with the thoroughness and attention to detail. We were very, very pleased with the cleanliness of not only our room, but the whole facility.

tried to sign-in at Ki-osk, got keys for the room but no receipt telling me what my room number was.Ki-osk just shut down. Lady,s at the desk help me and upgraded my room. Wish I got their names.

Housecleanning serviced the unit Monday and turned on the alarm clock apparently. I was awakened at 6 AM Tuesday by clock I did not set. Informed housekeeping and requested they turn it off. Awakened again today, Wednesday at 6 AM by the alarm clock. Monday in my barefoot I stepped on a used dental floss. These distracted from my overall experience at Peppermill.

Peppermill is a genuine full-service and wide-options hotel/casino/spa/dining facility that offers a welcoming and casual and open atmosphere for guests; multiple and varied in-house dining options offer superb service and menus. Twice-hourly complimentary hotel shuttle passenger vans provide easy access to & from Reno airport for easy travel connectivity. WiFi was excellent. Staff was effective, polite, responsive 24/7. A fine stay!

Architecture for this hotel is wonderful. Everything looks very tidy. The pools were warm. The rooms have a good soundproof barrier so you can't hear the neighbors. Considering there's a casino, the smell isn't bad which is one of the main reasons we keep coming back when in the area.

Great service, comfortable and clean rooms, positive experiences with the hospitality. Lots of food options. Waitresses in he casino were friendly and checked on us often. Only downside were the tables were all $25 to $100 minimum. Huge and updated Arcade for kids. Very large parking garage with wide spaces.

So disappointing to hear mechanical noises through the walls. Why put a paying customer in a room like that. Those should be reserved for comp rooms. We didn’t get much sleep and had to take a nap and then we were just groggy the rest of the following night when we were celebrating my husbands birthday. They did move us the following day but what an inconvenience that was. We were tired and hungry and now grumpy. Thanks Peppermill for an unforgettable terrible experience. They treat you like you are putting them out. Geez you can do better peppermill.
