I’ll admit, I didn't quite know what to expect when booking this stay, but I walked away incredibly impressed. This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we walked into our initial room, it was clear that the property exceeds expectations—clean, beautifully designed, and much more spacious than the photos let on.
We did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom shortly after checking in (a slight plumbing hiccup). I mentioned it to the front desk just to let them know, and their response was immediate and exemplary. Instead of sending up a quick fix or making us wait around, the staff went above and beyond, immediately apologizing for the inconvenience and transferring us to a brand-new, immaculate room.
The level of hospitality here is top-tier. The entire team was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. What started as a minor inconvenience turned into a demonstration of flawless customer service.

I stay at The Aiden frequently. For the money, it's the best kept secret in Reno. It's clean, modern, and it's not in a casino. Also, it's nearby to many amenities, and just a short ride from downtown. Staff is typically friendly and helpful.
