From the very beginning the front desk was over the top welcoming. We had a king room. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. And yet again the staff was super!!! Highly recommend this Hyatt!!

Great Staff. Super accommodating. I was given a room change and a mic upon request. The rooms are spacious; I really like the separate fridge and desk area along with the sectional couch. Comfy bed and feather pillows. Breakfast is probably better than many hotels. Eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, fresh cut fruit and decent (weak) coffee. The gym is tiny, however everything works. A full rack of dumbbells. Nice pool. What else? I'd give it a five, but the maids pick up the towels from the floor or hand you a "clean" one while wearing gloves after the cleaned -- toilets? Also, sucky coffee maker in the room. (I usually bring a pour-over). Wish they had a kuierig . Oh well. Overall, definitely would stay again. AND someone said the AC is loud on here; it is! Oh yeah one last thing, even though it's close to the airport I never heard any planes. Very quiet.

All night could hear doors opening and closing. Bathroom was dirty. Staff had to search for a toilet plunger for 2 hours. Ask for rooms to be connecting or close to each other. Total opposite ends of the hotel is where are rooms were at. Reserved in August, stayed in December and we couldn't have rooms beside each other.

The staff and the room were very comfortable and the shuttle service was very helpful, picking me up at the airport, taking me to the Ringling estate, dropping me off at a restaurant for dinner within the 3 mile limit. The breakfast was fresh, and excellent, and the room was large and updated.

Loved staying here and definitely will come again!! The staff were extremely friendly and always making sure we were good. The room was spacious and clean. They were doing construction on the main floor hallway, which I could see could be an I convienance for some people but I understand it needs to be done and the workers were extremely polite and making sure we could get through the hallway with no issues. It was a great place to stay!

At 77 years old, being a female traveling alone and from Texas it was wonderful to be so close to the airport.

Best hotel we stayed at during our week in Sarasota. Good breakfast with some fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and hash browns and other items. Pool (salt water??) and spa were nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

They were very accommodating in every way. Clean, comfortable and the room was great. The food in the restaurant was really good and the free breakfast buffet had a large assortment of foods that were good.

I made the reservation with Hotels.com, but there was a $15 upcharge from the "Total Cost" when I paid at the site. While $15 won't break the bank, I'm increasingly tired of upcharges like "Resort Fee" and other mechanism for advertising a lower room charge and then adding more charges later.

We have stayed at this property many times. Always clean and comfortable! We checked in early and checked out late with ease. Breakfast buffet is always great! Friendly staff! We will be back many more times to come!

I had a great experience with this stay. I only wish the breakfast came with the waffle maker I tend to look forward to at most hotels I've booked. All staff that I interacted with were pleasant and very helpful. I wish to stay at more Hyatt Place locations in the future and can only hope I encounter great staff when I do make the future reservations!

This hotel overall was nice.
Several of the staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was varied each day and the staff were always on the look out for anything that needed replacing.
Our room were under a light cleaning each day.
We had concerns with ants around the pool/hot tub area. Brought this issue to the staffs attention, not sure if it’s been addressed.

Was very nice except the shower doesn’t drain very well and you cannot turn on the shower without getting wet the shower door not user friendly. Also they need to replace some of the cushions on the couch. They seem to be coming apart Overall I enjoyed my stay the personnel were very nice and helpful

The spread for breakfast is unbeatable and delicious and it's FREE! And pet friendly so I could stay in a comfortable hotel with my cat, she was relaxed as can be!

My only negative to say is that the Hyatt system is slow. Whether checking in or having to print invoices, I’m always told that their systems are slow. My family and I spend our late evenings in the pool. The pool should stay open until 11pm. Besides that the hotel was great.
