Location was great.

Our room was very clean. And it was comfortable.
There were no clothes changers. We could not get the tv to work. We did not know where to get ice.

It was an excellent price. The location was pretty good too (Road construction right in front was not ideal, but not the hotels fault). about 10-15 minutes from everything (Barnum museam, St. Armonds Circle, etc). The staff (maybe owners?) were very cordial.
My biggest issue was the AC not being on when we arrived and took hours for the room to cool down a little. After hours of travel and the temp being in the 90s, not having a cool room when you walk in sets the negative tone. With a reservation, they should have had the rooms cooled before checking in. It wasn't an issue for me, but the TV was not working and although I could have called the office and they would have fixed it, I didn't because I didn't care. It would have also been nice to have more than one towel per person.
