Low class overall .

The price was good and there we’re not any bed bugs

The night staff was horrible, unfortunately unfriendly especially the Rowan with all silver hair .. disrespectful and unprofessional inappropriate.

After the first rooms t.v didn't work I moved all of my stuff to another room which bathroom door didn't close so the next night a new room which stank like smoke and had a bag over the smoke detector. Absolutely insane and I'm traveling every weekend now I was hoping to make this my hotel but you have to make it right.

Very poor

Sad to say i'm not really able to tell what i liked the most. This is the first time ever that i give such a negative review, i almost feel ashamed.

What i didn't like, were to start....mouldy and heavily moist room with a window that is locked with screws so it can't be opened. The fact that they tried to make their problem with Booking.com payments my problem while everything on my side was in order which also was confirmed by the great booking.com operator i spoke to and who called the hotel to confirm. Only 2 towels on the room, a flooded barhroom and a very poor cleaning policy. I haven't slept for 2 nights due to the high moisture in the air and the damp duvet and cushion. Very very poor. Sorry, i wish i could give a higher rating.

Very good

I liked that there was only one way to drive in and out of the hotel! Good breakfast, and very clean!!!

I booked through booking.com and even though I choose the pet room it didn't include the pet fee in the price even though the pet room cost more...

Disappointing

Front desk staff were courteous. Free breakfast was good and kept stocked

Most staff didn't speak English and used it to get out of requests. Were there 3 night's without the room being cleaned. I was handed towels and when I moved aside she shook her head no. Both ice machines weren't working most of the time. We checked out Saturday and went home a day early. See my Google review.

Room was never cleaned once during my stay. Room smell funky, musty. Bed was soft and lumpy. AC didn’t work properly

GOOD STAY

The room was clean. Sleep was good, breakfast was good. staff were great.

The elevator was dirty. Soda machine did not work. The room keys would keep on unprogramming.

This was a very disappointing experience and start to my vacation after arriving to Florida.

Dee at the front desk was extremely helpful and should be promoted to property manager. She assisted me with my frustrations efficiently and effectively. Dee is a true customer service expert, and even started tearing up when I told her about my experience with my dirty room. Dee is a true customer service expert.

After checking into my hotel room, we proceeded to the room and were there not even 10 minutes. We immediately noticed a “musty” stench in the room, a dirty shower floor (black soot on it), and even found a bed bug on one of the pillows in my room. The property manager didn’t answer her phone in order to remedy the problem for me. The property originally denied my refund request of over $1,000 and forced me to go through an entire three day long back and forth to finally get a refund. mean while I had to spend over $1,000 to stay at another hotel. Dee, the receptionist at the time was extremely caring and helpful. However, despite calling the hotel, the actual property manager never returned my phone calls either.

we were down for a funeral, the staff was precious and the rooms were clean!!

beautiful hotel, definitely a dated hotel, extremely small rooms, but it was nice, I wold stay here again

bed was extremely worn, it bowed in the middle, we did not receive any housekeeping while we were there and couldn’t get fresh towels.. for right at $300 per night it very few amenities than I anticipated.

The place was run down but the staff did their best to keep it clean, the owner doesn’t care about the plc at all n pool was dirty n not heated very dirty

The breakfast

The room was tiny and there was bad customer service. The room above us was smoking cannabis and I had to report them. Also there were a lot of drug addicts all around the building. One lady was so high she fell on her face outside. The pool area was tiny and I had to request for maitence to clean it before we could use it. There were not enough towels in the room. It was just a poor experience for almost $200 a night.

breakfast was the worst one yogurt left. I think people came in off th street and had breakfast. Nothing left at 8am

Breakfast wasn’t great unless you’re a waffle fan. No fruit,eggs,bagels or toast. 2 choices of yogurt. No spoons available to eat it with

I won’t be returning

black mold on lobby ceiling, extremely worn furniture, smelled musty and old, Can tell they tried to remodel but it was a quick and cheap remodel, still carpeted base boards. cigarette burns in drapes.

Disappointing

The staff was nice, the room did get quite cold. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was nice.

The room felt damp, and was kind of stinky. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was a spider in the room, too. The TV signal was bad sometimes, some channels were pixelated and hard to watch. And some channels weren't even available.
