Rooms were nice size and air conditioning worked great.
Hot tub was gross I had to say something to staff for them to put chemicals in it.
Some sort of water leak and water pouring through the ceiling near the elevators
No one came to clean our room or even bring clean towels.

First ,even with renovation the service was exceedingly good!!!the breakfast was well organized considering the dinn=ing area was closed for renovations..the staff is always personable..and always smiling..
Their do not disturb signs need to be replaced.they are old and worn out. Bradenton/sarasota.airport Hyatt.

The breakfast was not great. Very little on offer. The bacon/canadian ham was dry. No sausage or tomatoes. I ended up with a bagel and cream cheese. I would have preferred getting breakfast elsewhere but Id paid extra for the breakfast.
The bathroom had black and orange mould around the overflow. Plus the tiles were dirty. Guests were noisy at 2am (appreciate not alit hotel can do about guests).
