Fabulous location with direct access to the sea and exceptional customer service.
Room was a little strange with the bathroom set up and felt a bit basic, but a decent bed and stunning sea view.

The hotel room was quite comfortable. The drinks in the bar next to the pool was acceptabe. The selection at the dinner was really good and tasty. Unfortunately, the hotel itself has no free parking places. The breakfast selection is a little bit poor in may opinion. There are no restaurants near the hotel, only 2-3 tapas bar or similar. When the hotel has a lot of guests they should change or clean the water in the pools more frequently as the water in it was many times disgusting and smelly from human perspiration and sun lotion. The hotel has only a very short seashore, but it is ok if you do not want to splash in the sea too much.

one down side: the room key always not working. I've been changing room key 3 times in 7 days.

I love this place. I’ve been coming back year after year and sometimes more than once in a year!
Carmelo (who works on the door in reception) is fantastic - and so is Patricia in the restaurant. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!
Fabulous location for secluded beaches and walking and the pool area is wonderful!
Dinner is not great, can get repetitive. But aside from that this place is my fav place, and I’ll keep coming back!

Housekeeping services were deplorable. On one day, our room wasn’t even serviced at all, and on most others, certain bathroom amenities were missing or not replaced and the room was not cleaned adequately. We got no apology or compensation from management, despite sending a note of disappointment through Expedia. Also, the products used in the bathroom are of poor quality and recycled (several bottles of “conditioner” contained hand/body cream).
Parking in the garage is very tight, making the risk of damage to your car trying to maneuver in and out of spaces when the garage is full pretty high.
Overall, a disappointing experience. This hotel certainly should not be classified as 4-star. Two-star, maximum, by any reasonable standard.
However, the wait staff at breakfast were amazing (very nice and helpful). That was the only good part of our stay.

The first impression with a question if we wanted to pay extra at a discount for a room on a higher floor was not so nice. But it improved. Most of the staff was very helpful and service minded, by the pool area specially. The rooms where nice and comfortable and the see view OK also from the first floor. Some of the balconies was mostly in the shadow but who want to stay at the room when there are such a nice pool area. 25 m swimming pool and an extra adult pool that also was large was nice. No heating of the water so it was more of the cool side but still nice even in the middle of April. The pool area and the pool restaurant was great. We very much enjoyed the night show at the pool (only Fri/Sat).
A little bit to noisy breakfast restaurant for my taste but there was plenty of good food and drinks to chose of, including cava.

We loved our stay here! Everyone was so nice and helpful when we asked for recommendations. They told us the best beaches to see which are max a 10 minute walk. The pools are really nice and the indoor hot tub was amazing! The rooms were very clean and nice. There is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel, so you can easily go into Palma. Such a great weekend here!

Really clean hotel with good breakfast and an amazing pool and gym.

The maintenance for the tennis court was really bad and full of leaves making it very slippery.
That caused a fall and a fractured wrist. We need to ho to hospital and asked reception for help with taxi and we got denied to prioritise our needs.
Also there is not enough sunbeds for all so you need to get up really early chasing your spot.

Very nice pool area. Presidential Suite was nice but just a little bit tired (need fresh paint). My only gripe was that they charged for ice. Not something I would expect from a hotel of this nature. Lovely resteraunt across the road

We had a wonderful stay location is perfect, room was lovely and clean and z beautiful view. Food and service at breakfast was fantastic.
Our only disappointment was the courtesy room availability was not great which meant we had to shower in the spa which wasn’t great.

Pool was great and there's sea swimming options too, albeit without a beach.

I liked the hotel as a whole , however I detest the treatment at the hands of receptionists twice. We had a booking with Expedia for a standard room and on check in we were put in a interconnecting room with a door to the other room . It was horribly noisy and no privacy. We immediately asked for a different room but because they didn’t have a standard room , they made me pay an extra €40 for no fault of my own. I agreed with no grumbling. The second encounter was when my request for an extr couple of hours late in check out was refused with no willingness to placate for the upset on day 1. I will never come back again nor any of my friends or family

Not a 4 star property. Very loud rooms, thin walls. Lots of street and nightlife noise all night long, loud guests. No coffee in room, no shampoo in room. Staff nice enough but seem to do the bare minimum.

The hotel staff is wonderful and their service level is fantastic! Warm thanks to Eva in the front desk and Pepe at the breakfast for excellent service. My only downside with this hotel is the beds, they are very hard. Besides that, fantastic views, great place for both a swim in the pool and the ocean. Poolbar restaurant had good food, pasta dishes surprisingly good! Overall high value for money and we will be back!

Wonderful hotel! Great spacey rooms and the pool are is huge with 2 pools one of them being an adults only, and besides that the hotel offers direct access to the beach where you’re also able to use sun beds etc. Lovely huge breakfast with table service - all in all a very very good hotel! We enjoyed our stay.

We went in March which turned out to be definite off-season so a lot of the nearby amenities were closed and the nearby beaches were small but great. The hotel staff were excellent though, really clean hotel and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent overall, 2 pools overlooking the sea. I was disappointed that there is not tea/coffee maki g facilities in the room and that you have to pay for a safe deposit box that the bell hop has to then activate in your room.

We were a group of three staying for three nights for a mini break. We were offered a choice of two rooms, one of which wouldnt have even fit three in. When we went for the obvious choice (larger room), the receptionist said, I told you that room is better, which I felt was unnecessary and frankly absurd. Room was spacious. Amenities were mediocre - definitely pack your own toiletries. Breakfast buffet was amazing (probably the only complete positive we can name), pool bar/restaurant was OK. The corridor to the room stank of silicone sealant/adhesive and were dusty and humid. Receptionists had bad attitudes and werent very attentive at all to our needs. There were very few who spoke proper English to be able to understand a question/request. We werent told the safe was a paid add-on until we got the bill at checkout and the additional city taxes were quite extortionate. We booked an excursion via the hotel which was understandably more expensive than booking direct, but the receptionist Ramon gave us the wrong meeting point details and wouldnt give us the full print out of the confirmation email either, so it took several calls and WhatsApps to the excursion company to finally get the right details we needed. One thing that really annoyed me about the staff at this hotel, other than being hugely understaffed so having an inherently low and poor level of service, was that they were so insincere. Great location on top of the beach, but appalling service. Wont go back.

By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my life and I’ve travelled to 30+ countries. The rooms were large and had good views - the view of the sea from my balcony was stunning. I had half board so had both breakfast and dinner here and was undoubtedly the best decision I made. Lots of incredible variety and the choices were changed daily. Food was fresh, there were great choices for vegetarians as well. Loved the pool areas and was delighted with the weights available in the gym. The location is great - buses go directly to the city centre and there are very good sandy beaches 10mins walk away. Lastly and foremost the staff were super diligent, helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed - in particular the guys at the front desk. I absolutely loved my time here and I cannot even think about trying another hotel in Mallorca - already planning to come back this summer!
