Everything.. the staff were amazing 😍 super efficient and showed us to our room and brought luggage up... The cleaners don't stop cleaning the place is immaculate... Spacious comfortable rooms equipped with towels, toiletries and extra bedding... We had a room overlooking the pool.. perfect... The pool and surrounding areas are immaculate the foodd.. wow! Breakfast so much choice and lots of healthy options.. lunch and dinner are full on.. soup, multiple salads, at least 2/3 meat options 2 fish options, 2 hot veggie sides, rice, pasta, and 2 potato options! A lovely cheeseboard at dinner, lots of cakes, fruit and ice cream for dessert and lots of cocktails, wine, beer and juices all day long... It was that good we booked an additional 2 nights to our stay and will definitely be staying next year! Thank you Rossi and Ingram! You were perfect
Nothing to do with the hotel or staff.. just some greedy rude guests that took more than they needed and wasted it.. 😔

A wonderful hotel; the quality matches the price. The management always strives to please the guests. The cuisine is varied, catering to all tastes. The pools are excellent, especially for young children. The sea is within walking distance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Staff, location, parking and room size = very good. The manager of the hotel is an intelligent and very polite lady. The pool and the yard were pretty nice, the parking was very convenient.
The restaurant will work for kids and less demanding visitors, but for me and my spouse there was much left to be desired so we skipped it.

Reception stuff was very friendly, bonus for that and for free secure parking, pool area is very nice for children, even sunbeds are since year 2000, but that is it.
Hotel looks old and not renovated for a while. (the 4'th star on top of the building is almost falling)
All inclusive, all beverages are local,except for beer nothing else can be compared with the "real" cocktail.
food was always the same and sometimes finished before we could get some, restaurant has only 3*, was decent but not much variety and always finishing fast.
We stayed only 2 nights, but cleaning lady took the card, we had no electricity for half day while we were at the pool, but she didn't do anything else (like cleaning, even was not needed)...she only took the card from the socket.(still wonder why).
Anybody else beside the reception stuff doesn't speak or understand english, only few know.
it's never a 4* hotel and 8,1 score.
Hopefully for us was just a stop over.
