Food , drinks , rooms , swimming pool, location , enough space at dining and at the swimming pool, parking in front ( even if it was contra cost ) . Staff are great and many thanks for them , hardworking people .
Great location and staff, I highly recommend.
The internet signal was very poor , we were on the third floor but no connection was stable.

Very good location just a short stroll to the beach: there is parking right in front of the hotel for 13 euros per night. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice sized balcony. The receptionist was helpful and polite. Old town Nesebar is just a short drive away
The WiFi is a real problem; they gave us individual codes for the wifi, 1 code for 1 device. You get one code per person though ypu can get more if you have several devices like we do. However, we didn’t use any of these as the wifi does not work at all in the hotel rooms only in the lobby. It is not a problem at all for myself but my 2 daughters were not impressed and ended up using our roaming throughout our stay.
The food items in the buffet had very limited choice but ok for the price I guess.

Nice location and friendly staff.
There were a few major issues during our 5-night stay.
The biggest problem was the AC—it only blew room-temperature air.
When we reported it, the staff claimed it was working, which clearly wasn’t true since everyone on the 4th floor had to leave their balcony doors open at night just to get air. We couldn't do that because the balconies lack privacy.
On top of that, our room was never cleaned during the entire 5 night.
Lastly, the food was very inconsistent—good on some days, but terrible on others.
