We've had a fantastic stay, this is the ideal hotel for a family vacation with small children. With the ultra all inclusive option we did not have to worry about the meals, there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is a five minute walk from the beach and the beautiful old town is also located in a manageable distance. The rooms are clean and neat and the staff is very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
I do not have any negative thing to say, we loved staying in this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay! The choice of food at the hotel was great nice large restaurant areas! the kids loved that they could get chips and burgers and nuggets and donuts and ice cream in the outdoor food area like all the time. It was a Hit with them. And the hotel was very close to the beach, and the location was good with attractions and shops nearby.
The Bars were busy I think there must have been maybe some short staff issue. Only 1 person usually in each bar in the evenings trying to get a drink took a long time due to the queues as everyone was getting 3 or 4 drinks because of this very reason. Also It was very difficult to get sunbeds as it was very busy, too many people for the pool size which wasn't too much of an issue if you went down early, but sometimes you just want to sleep a bit longer.

Close to the beach (where you have free area or paid area), lots of food, nice staff.
Cold pool, but we went to the beach so it didn't matter that much. I think the AC needed cleaning.

5 minutes walk to the beach, rooms were clean and the splash pool was good entertainment for kids.
The hotel is split in 3 buildings, the main place is lovely, spacious rooms and reflective of the 4 stars, the other 2 buildings were at most 3 stars with only one elevator, rooms were very close to each other and fairly noisy.
There was no parking spots on site so had to park somewhere 10 min away( parking provided by the hotel at 20bgn per day) just to be told we had to take a taxi to get to the car when we needed it.
Although the restaurant had a great variety of food, plenty of meat options, fish and seafood, I wasn’t impressed they didn’t even sanitise the tables in between guests.
There were broken loungers at the pool that even a week later had not been replaced but rather covered.
The spa offers only paid services including the saunas and on the private beach you need to pay 24bgn for the loungers and umbrella. However, we noticed that in the afternoon people would sit with no one checking.
The housekeepers were very helpful as were some of the restaurant staff. At Reception however they were quite dismissive and while asking for the address of their car park this young lady told me to come back later cause she had a checkin.
