we stay in Rena every summer for like 3-4 years, and the hotel is always great. Extra clean, kids friendly and great pool. I recommend it for sure.
the is nothing we didnt like. Of course every person have a different taste but for us everything is great there.

The warm welcome and help from reception staff.
Everywhere was so clean

The food was very good, plenty of variety and choice. Everything was served fresh and hot or fresh and chilled as needed. Food stations and restaurant were kept very clean. The clearing staff were very pleasant and did a great job. The chefs constantly monitored the buffet, they looked smart and clean. Very delicious soups. Selection of cheeses, desserts, ice creams . Great selection of dressed salads.
The accommodation was very spacious, the bed comfortable. Cleaner came every day with fresh towels, emptied rubbish and swept, mopped through . She also made the beds up daily.
Kettle and fridge in the room.
Nice location close to cocoa beach, the main road for buses and the secondary street for the beach train. A few tourist shops , restaurants and a mini market close by.

Nothing we really didnt like and wouldnt stop us from returning...., just a couple points that you may wish to consider for next season
The balcony light stayed on all night, there was no room switch to control. Waking in the night the room was very light.
It would have been nice to be greeted with a hello or smile by the bar staff.
It would have been good if the drinking water and coffee got replenished in the room , we took drinking water and coffee from downstairs but the dirty cups and glasses weren't cleared by the cleaner so we had quite a lot in our kitchen by the end of the week!
Tip, be careful in the bathroom as water covers the floor and it gets very slippery.

Very nice, clean, and cozy hotel. Staying there more than a week, I can say it's VFM in Sunny Beach. 5 min to Kiko Beach, clean and quiet pool if you wish. Good for families. Safe parking for 15lv per day. I would definitely recommend.

We really liked the kids pool with the water slide. There was a big pool as well but we ended up staying in the small one with the kid most of the time.
The apartment was big and spacious.
The staff was speaking good English.
The breakfast was total disaster.
The entire stay it was the same items eggs boiled, eggs scrambled, egg bread, sausages, cereal butter and some jam and some fruits.
The cleanness of the rooms when we checked in was absent. There was sand all over the floors when we arrived so it clearly wasn't cleaned.
The apartment had a stove with vent that wasn't connected and smell was coming from other apartments when they were cooking. we had to seal it so we don't get cooking smells.
