We had a Great stay ,the Restaurants in the resort were great,the bar area was great ,the 3 pools were great,the casino was Ok,they dont have loose slots ,didn't play much,the 14 floor bar was great with entertainment on thurs,fri,and sat,great view a chill environment. Free parking

Hotel and new pool are great. Casino is nice Ali g with restaurant options. The old pool is nothing I would want to attend so I was disappointed u til someone told me about the brand new one! Spa and golf are also nice. We would gladly return

I called 24 hours in advance requested a high floor. Go to check in and I’m put on for the fourth floor. Hotel would not help. Go to the room and there’s no cold water.

Using the hotels.com app, you have a choice to use a digital key which once your Id is scanned and you take a photo of yourself so they can identify you is completed, you can check in without going to the front desk. There is a check in person at a little standing desk right once you reach the rooms, so you don’t have to go to a further desk and wait a long line, so we showed him the check in app and he let us right through. I was a little displeased with the fact that our room was on the casino floor at first, but after getting in the room, it offers a lot of soundproofing so my worries went away! We got the signature room and it was a worthy upgrade! The ceilings were high and the bathtub+rainfall shower were so relaxing. With the Target close, we got a bath bomb and enjoyed the room! Amenities were nice, lighting was good, and the bed was very comfortable!! Would stay again!

Rooms are extremely nice. The only critique is that it would have been helpful for good sleep if there were blackout curtains in addition to the window shutters. I liked the style the shutters offered, just didn't completely block all light.

Weekend getaway for my husband and I. This place was beautiful. We travel often, and this was one of the nicest hotel rooms we've seen. Clean, bright and welcoming.
Dinner was good, quality of food surpassed the price range. All staff we interacted with were friendly

We had a fun time. Especially enjoyed pool time. Good restaurant selection. Would have really appreciated a small microwave in the room. Everyone we dealt with at the hotel and at the restaurants and bars were extremely nice.

Wonderful location and facility, the food and service were both excellent as was the room itself. Very comfortable beds and fantastic shower.

Better now that there is no smoking in the casino, but the Slots were stingy. Checking in is perfect, if they have a room ready, you can check in, no matter the time, that is exactly the way all accommodations should be. Customer service was excellent. The room was comfortable and the rain showerhead in the walk-in shower was great but if the door wasn’t in the perfect spot, the floor flooded.

Such a wonderful resort. Something for everyone here. We were originally only going to be here one night. We enjoyed ourselves so much, that we extended our stay another 3 days.

we had no idea this was a Casino Resort. food in restaurants was average. people were nice. heard a loud explosion in the middle of the night and was bit noisy as well.

Excellent rooms and access by numerous elevators that were fast. Stayed Sat-Wed with entertainment of live music every night in lobby of casino. Parking was available, plenty of tables/slots and free pop/water. Close to Top Golf, Old Town, and Spring Training. Will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time staying here. There was a bit of construction but our room was on a high enough level that we didn’t hear it. We had a bit of issues with the room service. They told us they would comp us and charged us anyways. The manager assured us it will be reversed.

They didn't honor their word. They promised new, unused bedding and gave us used and stained bedding. We were forced to purchase our own bedding for our vacation. Poor way to begin our 10 year anniversary vacation.
The hotel was disappointing, however the spa was amazing.
